wir suchen eine 3. Person für unsere WG:)
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, man braucht mit dem Rad 5-10min in die Innenstadt und an die Uni. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind auch mit dem Rad 5min entfernt. Die WG hat insgesamt zwei Balkone, einer davon ist direkt am Zimmer. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung relativ groß und hell und hat zwei Bäder. Ansonsten hat es alles, was man so braucht (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine).
Du wirst mit Lukas und Alicia zusammenwohnen, die beiden sind super lieb und entspannt. Lukas (25) studiert Renewable Energy Engineering und Alicia (25) arbeitet als Erzieherin.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 483€, GEZ, Strom usw. sind bereits enthalten.
