A newly furnished room included a private sink. The room has furnished last year so everything is very new, beautiful and clean.
Also the room is in the 11th floor so has the best view through the city center and is not being effected by the city noices.
I need to sublet the room asap so we can talk about the price!
5 mins away from the tram stations. In the middle of the Robert Koch Strasse tram station which has the 2 and 4 tram lines and Runzmattenweg which has the tram lines 1 and 3.
It only takes 3-4 stations to get the city center with trams and also 6-7 minutes with bicycle.
It is a 16 person floor WG including all students. Has a very big shared kitchen and balkony. Also has 3 toilets: 1 for boys, 1 for girls and 1 unisex. And 3 shower rooms and 4 showers in total.
Everybody living in the WG is very friendly and I had such good time during the semester. And since it is the semester ending time and the floor is half empty, I think it will be even more comfortable for you.
I am outside of the city but my best friend will gladly guide you!
