Since i will travel from the 11th of august until the 13th of September, i offer my room for sublet.

15 m² , on the east side (does'nt get hot), Bed, Shelves, Desk and wardrobe
the appartment is very modern and large, we are normally 5 people but 2 roomates(martina and lena) are never there so you will live with Ben,28 social worker and Vish 25, engineer they are nice people to hang out with or to chat with.
the appartment has 2 bathrooms one big kitchen with a living room, TV and a large balcony with a very nice view. we just got new furniture for the balcony and it s a beautiful place to chill in.
Lage/ Location: the appartment is in the last (7th ) floor of a building, there is of course an elevator.
escholzpark is right downstairs, the closest tram station is rathaus im Stühlinger by 5 mins walk and downtown is 10 mins by foot, there is a small super market in front of the building and a pharmacy
total rent is 350, includes everything,
