Die Wohnung ist ungefähr 75 qm groß. Sie hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche und ein Keller.
Das freie Zimmer ist ca 15-18 qmgroß. Es hat ein großes nach Westen ausgerichtetes Fenster.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone, einer ist am Wohnzimmer, der andere an der Küche.
Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der zum Haus gehört.

I am moving out my sunny WG room in Stühlinger.
This apartment has 75qm, with two balconies, two sleeping rooms, one living room, one kitchen, and one bathroom, the empty room is about 15-18 qm.
Behind the house there is a garden, which belongs to this house, and you could use it in summer for barbeque.
3 Minute mit Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof.
Dein zukunftigen Mitbewohner ist ein deutsch Engineer.
Er ist ein offene Person, super nett und humorvoll.
Er interessiert sich für verschiedene kulturen, radfahren, und am freiem abend trinkt er gerne ein bier mit Freund.
