Zum 1.12 wird mein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2.OG und hat ca. 14 m² Wohnfläche und Dusche. Es ist möbliert mit Bett, Tisch, Regal usw. und ich werde nur 80 Euro dafür verlangen.
Die Miete beträgt 500 Euro inklusive Strom, Warmwasser, Heitzung, Müllgebühren, Wi-Fi etc.
The room will be available in 1.12.2020. The room is at 2.OG, which has proximity14 sqm and personal bathroom. The room is fully furnished with bed, table, chairs etc. and I'll only charge 80 euro for them.
The rent will be 500 Euro including warm water, electricity, Wi-Fi etc.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen aber ruhigen Lage von Freiburg, sehr nahe von der Bahnhaltestelle (5 min zu Fuß). Zur Straßebahnhaltstelle Eschholzstr. (Linie1/2/3/4) ist es unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Essen- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Edeka, Amara, Apotheke, Bäcker etc.).
The room sits in central but quiet district! It's 5 min to train station and tram stop: Eschhlozstr. (line1/2/3/4). All the shops you need can be easily reached by foot, such as Penny, Weeks, Amara, Apotheke, Bäcker etc.
Da Sie ein eigenes Badezimmer haben, teilen Sie nur die Küche mit anderen 8 Mitbewohnern, und eine Putzfrau putzt jede Woche. Die Menschen hier sind freundlich und Sie können immer jemanden bitten, Ihnen zu helfen!
Since you have own bathroom, you'll share only kitchen with other 8 roommates and their is a cleaning lady cleans every week. People here is friendly and you can always ask someone to help you!
