Ich biete ein schönes und geräumiges Zimmer in einer 2er WG zur Miete ab dem 01.12. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß, hat einen tollen Dielenboden. Das große Fenster liegt zur Straße und den Gleisen heraus. Auf den Fotos ist zu sehen, dass das Zimmer bis vor kurzem als Arbeitszimmer genutzt wurde, nun ist es fast leer und Du kannst selbst entscheiden, welche Möbel drin bleiben sollen. Als Teilmöblierung kann ich Matratze, Regale, Tisch, Stuhl und Kleiderstange anbieten.
Das Zimmer ist zum 1.12 eingestellt, ein späterer Einzug aber denkbar. Meld Dich gerne trotzdem.
Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist ca. 70qm groß, hat überall Dielen und Fliesen, zwei Balkone und einen Keller. Sie ist voll ausgerüstet, u.a. mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wanne (!) und ein gemütliches Wohnezimmer.Vor dem Haus gibt es reichlich (allerdings kostenpflichtige) Parkplätze. Mit der Lage direkt an den Gleisen und den Zugverkehr solltest Du zurechtkommen.

Room
I offer a nice and spacious room in a 2-person shared apartment for rent from 1rst of December. The room is about 18sqm, has a great floorboards. The large window faces the street and the tracks. On the photos you can see that the room was used as a study until recently, now it is almost empty and you can decide yourself what furniture should stay in it. As partial furniture I can offer a matrace, shelves, table, chair and clothes rail.
The vacancy is for the 1rst of December, but moving in later would be possible. Please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Apartment
The apartment is about 70sqm, has floorboards and tiles everywhere, two balconies and a cellar. It is fully equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine, tub (!) and a cozy living room.In front of the house there is ample (but paid) parking. You should be able to cope with the location directly on the tracks and near traintraffic.
Die Lage ist extrem verkehrsgünstig. Die Wohnung liegt fünf Gehminuten vom HBF Freiburg und drei Minuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Friedrich-Ebert-Platz. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es alles, was man für den Alltag braucht: Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants und Apotheken sind gleich um die Ecke.

The location is extremely convenient for transport. The apartment is five minutes walk from the main train station Freiburg and three minutes from the streetcar stop Friedrich-Ebert-Platz. Around the apartment there is everything you need for everyday life: supermarkets, bakers, restaurants and pharmacies are just around the corner.
Ich wünsche mir eine ebenfalls berufstätige Person, die das ganz große Partyleben schon ausgekostet hat und verantwortungsvoll mit der Wohnung umgeht. Da ich neben der Arbeit noch promoviere, sind mir Ruhe sowie ein respektvoller und achtsamer Umgang miteinander wichtig. Ich bin ein Fan von alles kann, nix muss: Gemeinsames Kochen oder Wein-/Teetrinken fände ich schön. Hoffentlich finden wir noch mehr Gemeinsamkeiten, um schön miteinander zu leben :) Zu mir selbst: Einerseits bin ich ich immer viel unterwegs, treffe Freund*innen, gehe wandern und sehr gerne auf Konzerte, anderereseits brauche ich bei dem strafen Programm immer wieder auch Ruhemomente mit Yoga und lesen.
Wenn sich das für Dich gut anhört, melde Dich gerne und komm' zur Besichtigung und einem persönlichen Kennenlernen vorbei.

I would like a person who also works and has already tasted the big party life and who is responsible with the apartment. Since I am still doing my PhD besides work, peace and quiet as well as respectful and mindful interaction are important to me. I am a fan of everything can, nothing must: Cooking together or drinking wine/tea would be nice. Hopefully we will find more common ground to live well together :) About myself: On the one hand, I'm always on the road a lot, meet friends, go hiking and very much like to go to concerts, on the other hand, with the strict program, I always need quiet moments with yoga and reading.

Die Kaution muss vor Mietbeginn überwiesen werden. Im Mietvertrag sind die Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, WLAN, Müll) als Pauschale eingetragen und können bei hohem Verbrauch angepasst werden. Bei Schlüsselverlust muss Ersatz geleistet werden. Eine Haftpflichtversicherung ist sehr erwünscht. Die Hausregeln müssen beachtet werden.

The deposit must be transferred before the start of the rental period. In the rental contract the additional costs (electricity, water, WLAN, garbage) are entered as a flat rate and can be adjusted in case of changing conditions. In case of key loss, replacement must be provided. Liability insurance is highly desirable. The house rules must be observed.
Please understand that I will not answer requests that do not fit this.
