Das Zimmer ist absolut geräumig und sehr hell, da 2 Doppelfenster dazugehören.
Es gibt einen fixen Einbauschrank.
Küche und Bad sind zwar etwas kleiner, aber ausreichend.
The room is absolutely spacious and very bright, as it has 2 double windows.
There is a fixed built-in closet.
Kitchen and bathroom are a little smaller, but sufficient.
Bus- u. S-Bahn-Haltestelle sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Vauban ist ja als der grüne Stadtteil bekannt, daher gibt es viele Bäume, grüne Flächen und gemütliche Cafés.
Der Schönberg liegt ebenfalls fast vor der Haustür.
Bus- and tram stop as well as shopping facilities are within 3 min walking distance.
Vauban is known as the green part of the city, therefore there are many trees, green areas and cosy cafés.
The Schönberg is also almost on the doorstep.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr gemütlich. Die Mitbewohnerin ist eine sehr nette und ruhige Person.
Allerdings ist in dem Studentendorf immer was geboten, d.h. wer mehr Aktion benötigt, kommt ebenfalls auf seine Kosten.
The life in a shared flat is very comfortable. The roommate is a very nice and quiet person.
However, there is always something on offer in the student village, i.e. those who need more action will also get their money's worth.
Die Miete über 272,- EUR beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, außer GEZ-Gebühren
Die Vermietung läuft über das Studierendenwerk Freiburg-Schwarzwald.
Die Mietverträge werden immer auf 6 Semester abgeschlossen, können aber mit Begründung verlängert werden.
Voraussetzung: eingeschriebene Studentin beim Studierendenwerk Freiburg, oder Partner-Unis.
