Die Wohnung ist groß: Sie beherbergt in ihren 8 Zimmer 5 Erwachsene und 3 drei Kinder (0-5 Jahre und sehr lieb). Das Zimmer selbst hat etwa 18 qm und ein Fenster nach Osten. Es verfügt über ein Hochbett. Auf dem Sofa oder im Hängesitz kann man es sich bequem machen. Stauraum findet sich in Kommode und Regal.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer während ich im Urlaub bin. Prinzipiell ist auch eine kürzere Mietdauer möglich.
In dem grünen und bunten Wohnprojekt SUSI in Vauban liegt unsere schöne WG. Die Straßenbahn hält 50 Meter entfernt. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Ein Al Nature, Rewe, DM und Aldi sind in direkter Nähe. Der Wald und Fluss grenzen an das Viertel.
Wir wohnen zu fünft mit drei Kindern. In der Küche ist immer etwas los, öfter sitzen wir zusammen und plaudern. Dank des langen Flures (das Zimmer findet sich am Ende des Flurs) ist es trotz Kindern recht ruhig.
