WG-Menschen ab September gesucht

Wir sind gerade in großer Umnruchsphase! 2 der 5 WG-Menschen haben sich zum August in neue Lebensabschnitte verabschiedet und so blieben nur noch drei.

Kiky (24) macht gerne Musik und möchte dieses Jahr gerne noch nach Leipzig ziehen. Falls es klappt, würden wir bald schon eine weitere Person suchen.
Silva (27), plötzlich die "alteingesessene" WG-Mama, ist kurz davor ihr Studium in der sozialen Arbeit abzuschließen und kann es kaum erwarten in die Freiheit des selbsterwählten Hamsterrads überzugehen. Sie hat eine Hündin, Suki (2), die man relativ schnell mit Streicheleinheiten von sich überzeugen kann. Jung und dumm ist sie trotzdem etwas. Suki, nicht Silva.
Agnes (26) ist die einzige unsoziale "Naturwissenschaftlerin" in der WG, die gerade an der hydrologischen Masterarbeit nagt. Nach Abschluss Ende Oktober wird sie ihren Partner für drei Monate in Australien besuchen und im Februar braun gebrannt und voll frischer Freudenenergie in die WG zurückkehren.
Bereits neu dazu gekommen ist Basti (30), der unsere schattig gelegene WG bereits jetzt schon mit seinem Dauerlächeln erhellt. Basti ist Arbeitserzieher und Tischler, Teilzeitpapa und Halbjahreshundebesitzer. Unser 6. WG-Mensch, Anton (fast 3) ist daher nur alle zwei Wochen da. Koko (7), seine Hündin, hütet gerade auf der Alp und kommt im September dazu.

Insgesamt essen wir, wenn es passt, gerne gemeinsam oder gehen auch mal zusammen feiern. Wir mögen es aber ohne Druck, weswegen wir auch keinen Putzplan haben. Direktes Ansprechen hilft immer. Als mega die Party-WG würden wir uns nicht beschreiben. Aber ruhig ist es durch das trubelige Leben hier drum rum auch nicht. Außerdem haben wir gerne Besuch.

Jeder zahlt jeden Monat 50 € in die WG-Kasse, womit alle möglichen Grundnahrungsmittel und Putzzeugs etc. gekauft werden. Außerdem sind wir Mitglied bei der Garten-Coop und zahlen daher jeden Monat 20€ für wöchentliches geiles, regionales Gemüse.

Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, ein Bettgestell, ein kleines Regal und je nach Bedarf ein Regal sind dabei. An der Decke ist eine Befestigung für Hängesessel und co. Das Zimmer ist eher lang und schmal mit einer hohen Decke. Fensterblick ist Richtung Westen, sodass es nicht das hellste Zimmer ist, dafür aber das ruhigste.

We are in the middle of big changes! 2 of the 5 people in the flat have left for new phases of life in August. Now we're looking for new people for our WG.

Kiky (24) likes to make music and would like to move to Leipzig this year. If it works out, we would soon be looking for another person.
Silva (27), suddenly the now "long-established" WG mum, is about to finish her studies in social work and can't wait to move into the freedom of the self-imposed hamster wheel. She has a dog, Suki (2), who can be won over relatively quickly with love. Still, she is a bit young and stupid. Suki, not Silva.
Agnes (26) is the only antisocial "natural scientist" in the WG, currently working on her hydrological master's thesis. After finishing it in the end of October, she will visit her partner in Australia for three months and return newly energised and super-tanned to the WG in February.
Basti (30) has already joined us in August and is already brightening up our shady flat with his permanent smile. Basti is a work educator and carpenter, part-time dad and half-the-year dog owner. Our 6th flatmate, Anton (almost 3), is therefore only here every fortnight. Koko (7), his dog, is currently herding on the Alp and will join us in September.

All in all, when it fits our schedule, we like to eat together or to go out. But we like it without pressure, which is why we don't have a cleaning schedule either. Direct communication always helps. We wouldn't describe ourselves as a mega party WG. But it's not quiet either because of the hustle and bustle around here. Also, we always like to have visitors.

Every month, we each pay 50 € into the flat-sharing fund, which is used to buy all kinds of basic food and cleaning stuff. We are also members of the Garden Co-op and therefore pay 20€ every month for weekly awesome, regional vegetables.

The room is partly furnished, there is a bed frame, a small shelf and a shelf as needed. There is an attachment on the ceiling for hanging chairs and the like. The room is rather long and narrow with a high ceiling. The window faces west, so it is not the brightest room, but the quietest.
