The shared room faces east, so the sun shines directly into the room in the morning. The room is very bright and sunny thanks to the large window that leads to the balcony. The large balcony extends across all three rooms and invites you to sit together. The room has 15 sqm (3mx5m) and would be delivered unfurnished, except for an IKEA Koppang chest of drawers for which I ask €75 (new price is €90). The hallway leads to the kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
You will live with Vlad and David, who are always in for a talk, boardgame or movie night. Every now and then you will hear some lovely tunes from Vlad´s LP player or David´s electric quitar, and ABBA is loved in the house aswell :). We are looking for someone who is comfortable with speaking English, so an international is very welcome!
Das WG-Zimmer liegt in Richtung Osten ausgerichtet, sodass einem morgens die Sonne direkt ins Zimmer scheint. Durch die große Fensterfront, über die man auf den Balkon gelangt, ist das Zimmer sehr hell und sonnig. Der große Balkon erstreckt sich über alle drei Zimmer und lädt zum gemeinsamen Beisammensitzen ein. Das Zimmer hat 15 qm (3mx5m) und würde unmöbliert übergeben werden, ausser eine IKEA Koppang Kommode für €75 (Neupreis €90). Über den Flur gelangt man in die Küche und das Bad sowie WC.
Du wohnst bei Vlad und David, die immer für ein Gespräch, ein Brettspiel- oder Filmabend dabei sind. Hin und wieder hört man ein paar schöne Melodien von Vlads LP-Player oder Davids elektrischer Gitarre, und ABBA ist auch im Haus beliebt :). Wir suchen jemanden, der gut Englisch spricht, daher ist ein international herzlich willkommen!
The flat is situated on the 3rd floor of a flat, next to the Dietenbachpark. Under the flat you can find a supermarket, döner place and pharmacy. The tramstop is also right in front of the flat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG eines Wohnungsgebäudes, neben dem Dietenbachpark. Unter der Wohnung findest du einen Supermarkt, einen Dönerplatz und eine Apotheke. Auch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung.
Every Wedsnesday is movie night where friends are always welcome, and a WG-abend every few weeks is appreciated as well. :)
Jeden Mittwoch ist Filmabend, bei dem Freunde immer willkommen sind, und alle paar Wochen gibt es auch einen WG-Abend. :)
