A fully-furnished room in a WG is up for rent. The room has a bed, a couch, and places for clothes. The WG is fully functional with a well-equipped kitchen, a large shared living space, a balcony, and pretty much anything you can expect from a long-standing flat.
Shorter stay for two weeks is also possible with half the price.
The location is very practical with many supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura, DM, etc.) and a weekly farmer market in a walking distance. A tram station is three minutes away. And if you like nature, Schönberg and Lorettoberg are just around the corner.
During your stay, you will meet Niko (a Doktorand at the university), Anika (a nurse at University Clinic), and Elias (a purposeful yet unpaid person). We are a "berufstätige" WG; therefore, a common decency and respect to fellow flatmates, their work-life schedule, and their belongings are necessary for us. Otherwise, we are a group of super-chill people who you can openly talk to about your needs or pretty much anything.
The room is free as I am traveling for a month.
We have cats. They are super clean as they never leave a room of our flatmate :).
