Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll ...

Herzlich Willkommen in meiner Neubauwohnung. Ich wohne seit Februar drin und nun ich freue mich auf dich als MitbewohnerIn!
Die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 52m² groß und wir werden zu zweit darin leben.
Bestimmt hast du schon die Fotos eingehend betrachtet =)
Wie du siehst, ist die Küche genau zwischen unseren Zimmern und von allen drei Räumen hat man Zugang zum großen Balkon, dem Highlight der Wohnung! Ich möchte den wirklich in eine grüne Wohnfühloase verwandeln, je buschiger und grüner desto besser. Bis Juli ist die Oase dann tiptop.
Die neue Küche hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Viel Stauraum, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Induktionsherd und Ofen, und das kann gerne dein Reich werden, denn ich bin leider kein wirklicher Koch. Helfe aber gerne beim Schnippeln.
Falls du gerne kochst, darfst du dich bei mir austoben. Deal, wenn du willst: Ich kann bei deinen Kreationen mitessen und du zahlst dafür 100 Euro weniger Miete!
die Dachterrasse
Das eigentliche Highlight findet sich auf dem Dach des Hauses.
Dort ist nämlich eine Dachterrasse, die für alle zugänglich ist!!!
Der 360° Blick auf den Schwarzwald und das Münster ist einfach umwerfend!
Ich bin auch ganz angetan von der vertikalen Begrünung. Naja, das hast es bestimmt schon auf dem Fotos gesehen!
Nun zu deinem Zimmer:
Dein Zimmer ist Zimmer 2. Also recht quadratisch und nicht so lang gezogen wie meins.
Fußbodenheizung, gute Dämmung, Internet etc. -> naja, es ist ja Neubau
Das Zimmer hat 15 m² und eine Ausrichtung nach Süd/Südost, d.h. es ist wirklich schön hell!
In dem Zimmer steht ein 1,40 breites Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit viel Stauraum, ein Kleiderschrank. Gerne richtet ich dir das Zimmer auch noch weiter ein. Teppich, Stehlampe, Regale etc. und natürlich viele Pflanzen, wenn du willst!
(Auf dem Foto erscheint das Zimmer wirklich riesig, es sind aber wirklich "nur" 15 m², also nicht zu hohe Erwartungen)

Welcome to my new apartment. I've been living there since February and now I'm looking forward to having you as my roommate!
The apartment:
The apartment is 52m² in total and there will be two of us living in it.
You've probably already looked at the photos in detail =)
As you can see, the kitchen is right between our rooms and all three rooms have access to the large balcony, the highlight of the apartment! I really want to turn it into a green oasis of living, the bushier and greener the better. The oasis will be in tip top condition until July.
The new kitchen has everything your heart desires. Lots of storage space, a dishwasher, an induction cooker and an oven, and that can be your empire, because unfortunately I'm not a real cook. But happy to help with the snipping.
If you like cooking, you can let off steam with me. Deal if you want: I can eat with your creations and you pay 100 euros less rent!
the roof terrace
The real highlight can be found on the roof of the house.
There is a roof terrace there that is accessible to everyone!!!
The 360° view of the Black Forest and the cathedral is simply stunning!
I'm also really impressed with the vertical greenery. Well, you've probably already seen that in the photo!
Now about your room:
Your room is room 2. So it's quite square and not as long as mine.
Underfloor heating, good insulation, internet etc. -> well, it's a new building
The room has 15 m² and faces south/southeast, which means it's really nice and bright!
The room has a 1.40 wide bed, a desk with plenty of storage space, and a wardrobe. I would be happy to further furnish the room for you. Carpet, floor lamp, shelves etc. and of course lots of plants if you want!
(The room seems really huge in the photo, but it's really "only" 15 m², so don't expect too much)
nun zur Lage:
Neubau und diese zentrale Lage ... besser geht´s fast nicht!
und trotzdem total ruhig! Du wirst es sehen =)
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 3 Minuten zum Stadttheater.
Zu Fuß ganze 8 min.
Du musst nur über die Kronenbrücke und bist schon in der Innenstadt.
Straßenbahn ist 3 min zu Fuß und dann sind es nur 2 Haltestellen bis zum Stadttheater
Der Hauptbahnhof ist 4 min bzw. 10 min entfernt.
Zum Supermarkt (Lidl) ist es nur einen Katzensprung und sonst ist ja eigentlich auch alles um die Ecke.
Die Dreisam ist nur 4 min entfernt.
Das Faulerbad ist direkt über dem Fluss.
Und du wirst 100 mal pro Woche an der Eisdiele Mariotti vorbeifahren...
now to the location:

It's 3 minutes by bike to the city theater.
On foot only 8 minutes.
You just have to cross the Kronenbrücke and you're in the city center.
Tram is 3 minutes walk and then it is only 2 stops to the city theater
The main train station is 4 minutes or 10 minutes away.
It's only a stone's throw from the supermarket (Lidl) and everything else is actually around the corner.
The Dreisam is only 4 minutes away.
The Faulerbad is directly above the river.
And you'll drive past the Mariotti ice cream parlor 100 times a week...
so nun zu mir:
Ich bin leidenschaftlicher Deutschlehrer und unterrichte Migranten in allen Niveaustufen.
Ich hab recht unkonventionelle Arbeitszeiten, d.h. an manchen Tagen arbeite ich vormittags, an manchen eher abends, mal arbeite ich früh morgens, mal spät abends.
Da die Lage aber so perfekt ist, werde ich zwischen meinen Unterrichtsstunden oft zu Hause sein. Freitags habe ich frei.
Meine Vorlieben sind:
Welch Überraschung Sprachen und Lesen, Leute treffen, internationale Kulturen kennenlernen, reisen,
bin seit vielen jahren in der Flüchtlingshilfe aktiv
Ach ja nicht vergessen: ich spiele sehr gerne, v.a. Brettspiele und Kartenspiele.
Ich habe Umwelt studiert, sodass ich gerne von Pflanzen umgeben bin, gerne wandere und mich versuche ökologisch zu verhalten.
Kochen und Essen (leider), laute Musik und Zeit am PC verdatteln sind eher nicht so mein Ding
und nun zu dir:
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn du auch kontaktfreudig bist, vielleicht bist du sogar jemand, mit dem man auch tiefer reden kann. Gemeinsames Kochen hin und wieder wäre auch ideal, abends einfach quatschend ein paar Minuten gemeinsam verbringen. Man muss nicht 24/7 aufeinander sitzen, aber ich sag mal "normales WG"-Zusammenleben wäre mir schon wichtig.
Ich denk, der Rest ergibt sind, ich bin total gespannt darauf!
Jeder wird mein Leben auf die eine oder andere Art bereichern! Ich freue mich drauf!
Ein paar Ausschlusskrieiterien haben ich dann leider doch:

du laut Musik hörst, denn bei tiefen Bässen bin ich wirklich empfindlich
du Tag und Nacht nur am PC verbringst

I am a passionate German teacher and teach migrants at all levels.

wie gesagt: Das Zimmer ist mobiliert oder teilmobiliert , ganz wie du willst.
Fahrradstellplätze sind vorhanden.
Wenn du ein Auto hast: kein Problem: zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, den ich dir für 90 Euro/Monat überlassen kann.
Direkt vor der Hautür stehen 2 Elektroautos von "stadt - mobil", die den Bewohnern dann zur Verfügung stehen.
Ich gehe davon aus, dass ich beim Auszugdatum flexibel sein kann. Eine Freundin ist bis Herbst in Spanien....
Bewerbungsprozess:
Sehr gerne empfange ich in meiner Wohnung und lade dich auf der Dachterrasse zu einem kleinen Drink ein. Dort kann du dann heruasfinden, wie ich so ticke und ich bekomme auch einen ersten Eindruck von dir.

If you have a car: no problem: the apartment also includes an underground parking space, which I can give you for 90 euros/month.
There are 2 electric cars from "stadt - mobil" right in front of the main door, which are then available to the residents.
I assume that I can be flexible about the move-out date. A friend of mine is in Spain until autumn...
