Weil meine Freundin wegen der Arbeit nach München umgezogen ist, möchte ich ein Zimmer in meiner 2 Zimmer Wohnung vermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Wiehre (5 min. zu Füß zum Loretto-Krankenhause, 4-5 min bis Holbeinstraßehaltestelle/ Straßenbahn Linie Nr.2 - 4 Haltestelle zum Stadtmitte, 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis Stadtmitte bzw. Universitäten).
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und wird Teilmöbliert vermittelt mit einem großen Schrank (2x2,4x0,6 m). Für Anfang kannst du mein Bett (2,1x1,8) benutzen, aber das Bett ist viel zu groß für das Zimmer.
Die Küche ist neu und in einem super Zustand ( Kühlschrank & Herd vorhanden) Natürlich gibt es noch eine Waschmaschine die du benutzen kannst.
Gesucht wird jemand, der ruhig (es ist ein sehr ruhiges Haus), nett, und vor allem sauber ist.
Gerne können wir zusammen was machen ...MTB, Jogging, Netflix usw.
Über mich: ich komme aus Rumänien, hab ein Studium in Logistik und seit 2013 wohne und arbeite ich in Freiburg für ein großes Unternehmen, das medizinische Geräte herstellt.

Because my girlfriend moved to Munich ( she received a new job), I would like to rent a room in my 2 room apartment.
The apartment is located in the Wiehre (5 minutes to feet to the Loretto hospital, 4-5 minutes to Holbeinstraßehaltestelle / tram line No.2 - 4 stop to the city center, 10 minutes by bike to the city center or universities).
The room is very bright and is partially furnished with a large closet (2x2,4x0,6 m). For starters you can use my bed (2,1x1,8) but the bed is way too big for the room.
The kitchen is new and in great condition (fridge & stove available) Of course, there is still a washing machine you can use.
Looking for someone who is quiet (it is a very quiet house), nice, and above all, clean.
I’ll be happy to do something together ... MTB, Jogging, Netflix etc.
About me: I'm from Romania, have a degree in logistics and since 2013 I live and work in Freiburg for a big company that manufactures medical equipment.
