A big room with beautiful view for Rent (early May. 2019-Middle July 2019)
The room is big( 33 m2 )and with two windows facing east, where you could enjoy the morning sun and enjoy the view of the mountain in Freiburg.
Best Location: Wiehre, quiet but central, only 15 min walking distance to central train station, 10 min walking distance to university/ downtown, 1 min to Tram station.
Kitchen, bathroom, toilet will be shared. Bathroom and toilet are separate.
The apartment(179 m2) is spacious, and well equipped with furnitures and electric appliance such as washing machine, dish washer, refrigerator, etc,
The current flatmates are quiet and they are working at the day time. And a quiet flatmate will be expected.
btw, there is a cleaning schedule in the apartment, :)
Price: all inclusive: 450€/ per month one room one person
