Small cosy room, 12m^2, heated by a gas oven. You can have the room furnished or unfurnished, although I will collect my furniture at the end of September 2020 and after that it will be unfurnished and you will need to find your own furniture.
The flat itself is in an old wiehre-style building, we have a big kitchen, living room and a party room/attic. We have two toilets and one bathroom. The whole flat seems very spacious.
Very good location. One minute walk from the Maria-Hilf-Kirche Tram stop. Aldi and Rewe are both a 5 minute walk away. Wiehre Bahnhof is a 15 minute walk away.
You will share the flat with 4 flat mates. The vibe is very relaxed and communal, our WG is not a Zweck WG. We often drink together, eat dinner and just hang out, although everyone can have their own space if they are in need of some privacy!
One of your flat mates will be Leah (20) who is an apprentice nurse. You’ll also be living with Julian (20) who is studying for his Abitur. Chira (20) is an economics student. You will also have another flat mate who we have yet to pick! They are very relaxed, open-minded and interesting people who are fun to live with. Everyone can speak very good German and English. My flat mates are all German but if you’re not don’t worry! The person who moves in should want to contribute to the general communal feeling of the flat and be open towards others. Also someone who sticks to the cleaning rota, we are quite relaxed about it but would want the person to help out.
