The apartment has a kitchen-living room, about 15 square meters. The kitchen is furnished. It has a small hallway and a large south-facing balcony with a view of the black forest. It doesn't have a cellar, and there is no bicycle cellar or parking space for the car. But you can park in the side streets around the corner with a resident parking permit.
The apartment is at the top of an old building(attic), whose top floor was added later and is therefore more of a new building. It has sloping ceilings, ranging from 1m to 4m. It has many windows, thus very bright. The room to be rented is very spacious, 18 square meters.
It's next to "Johanneskirche" stop, 3 minutes by foot. Less than 10 minutes walk, and you are already in the city center. If you jog, you can immediately arrive at the Dreisam and the Sternwald is right next door.
I’m a Chinese guy and have been working in Freiburg as a Software Engineer. Previously I have been studying in Zurich, with one roommate. In my spare time, I love cooking. I have enjoyed many dinner parties with my old roommate. I also love watching all kinds of science fiction movies and TV series. Not to brag, but I do have many good recipes LOL I'll be new to Freiburg and would love to make some new friends. Hopefully, you could be one of them ;)
I can speak Chinese and English. Ideally you can speak German, because then you could help me with the landlord, who can only speak German.
52 in "other costs" include: garbage bags(10 I think), electricity(28), internet(14)
And the starting data can be flexible. My current roommate is getting married and will leave for sure before January but undecided when exactly will he move his stuff. So it's very possible u can move in earlier. We can discuss that.
