Hallo zusammen, wir suchen für unsere lustige Haus WG einen Mitbewohner*in. Wir sind Susa (37) und Janike (11). Unser liebenswerter Labradoodle rundet das ganze ab. Ab und zu ist mein Freund Peter (41) und Sohn (14) zu Besuch. Wir bieten ein schönes Zimmer in bester Stadtlage. Schnell in der City aber auch schnell im Wald. Zum eigenen Zimmer kommt noch die Mitnutzung von Wohnzimmer, Garten und natürlich Küche. Ein geselliges Miteinander ist uns wichtig aber jeder sollte auch sein Recht auf Ruhe haben. Das Zimmer ist zunächst befristet ausgeschrieben. Generell freue ich mich über langfristige Mitbwohner*innen, aber auch eine kurze Wohndauer ist möglich. Bei gutem Gelingen oder Bedarf kann es aber auch länger sein. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbiliert. Wir freuen uns auf euren Anschreiben!
