Hallo Allerseits,
in unsere WG werden diesen Frühling/Sommer gleich zwei Zimmer frei, weshalb wir zwei neue Mitbewohner*innen suchen:
- hier ist die Anzeige für Zimmer no.1 -
Es wird ab den 7. April bis Ende Juli frei. (die genaue Zeit kann nochmal besprochen werden)
Mit 12 qm ist es ein kleines aber feines Zimmer mit genügend Platz für alles Notwendige zum Leben. Für die ca. 4 Monate, würde Anna ihre Möbel im Zimmer lassen.
Da wir ein Dachbodenabteil haben lässt sich aber immer auch eine Lösung mit eventuellen Umräumaktionen finden.🌻
In der WG chillen wir gerne immer wieder in dem einen oder anderen Zimmer zusammen, besonders gerne in der Küche. Die Küche ist insgesamt ein kleines Highlight der Wohnung: Gasherd und -ofen, großer Tisch für viele Menschen und eine schöne Chillecke am Fenster, wo der Sonnenuntergang betrachtet werden kann. Unsere Küche ist ein Ort der Begegnungen, nicht nur innerhalb der WG. Jeder bringt seine Freund*Innen mit und immer kann man sich dazu gesellen. So werden und sind viele gute neue Freund*innenschaften geschlossen worden.

Hello everyone, this April and May two rooms in our flat share will be available for 4 months.
- here is our advertisement for the 1st room -
Anna’s room is 12m2 and will be available from the 7th April until end July (it may be possible to add on an extra week into August if necessary- just mention this to Anna). Despite being on the smaller side, the room is a really cozy place and has enough room to happily live in. The room will be left fully furnished, just bring a pillow and blanket.
We like to hangout together in one room or another, especially in the kitchen. The kitchen is definitely a little highlight of the flat: gas hob and oven, large table for lots of people and a lovely chill-out area by the window where you can watch the sunset. Our kitchen is a meeting place, not just for those who live within the flat. Everyone brings their friends and you can always join them. This is how many good new friendships have been made.

Lage im Allgemeinen
Die Wohnung liegt recht nah an Herdern. Der Stadtteil lädt sehr zu einen kleinen Spaziergang ein; der Wald oberhalb ist auch in 20min erreichbar. Botanischer Garten, Cafés und Zähringer Park ist auch nah.
Anbindung
Die Lage ist gut. Zur Linie 4 sind es 4 min zu Fuß und zur Linie 2 ca. 3 min. Mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt sind es auch nur 10-12 min. Also sehr unkompliziert angebunden. Der Kaufland ist in 3 min erreichbar. Da gibts echt alles, was man braucht. Aldi und Lidl sind auch ca. 5 min entfernt; ein Alnatura ca. 10 min.
Also die Wohnung ist nicht "hinten" in Zähringen, sondern "vorne". Direkt beim Kaufland, daran könnt ihr euch orientieren. :)

Location in general
The flat is quite close to Herdern. It´s a nice place for a short walk; the forest above is also 20 minutes away. Botanical garden, cafés and Zähringer Park are also nearby.
Connection
The location is good. It's a 4-minute walk to line 4 and about 3 minutes to line 2. It's also only 10-12 minutes by bike into the city, so the connections are very straightforward. The Kaufland supermarket is 3 minutes away. You can find everything you need there. Aldi and Lidl are also about 5 minutes away; an Alnatura about 10 minutes.
So the flat is not "at the back" in Zähringen, but "at the front". Right next to Kaufland, so you can orientate yourself by that. :)

Mit uns gibt es ein Rundumpaket: Wir verbringen in unserem Alltag gerne Zeit miteinander, also wir leben aktiv zusammen und nicht an einander vorbei. Jeder Mensch ist hier willkommen und es ist uns auch wichtig, dass mensch sich so fühlt. Ansonsten dürfen Dinge sehr gerne angesprochen werden.
Zum liebevollen Alltag gehört auch regelmäßiges gemeinsames Kochen, bzw. Essen (vegan). Selbstverständlich gibt es hierfür keine Pflicht insbesondere in evtl. stressigen Zeiten, insgesamt freuen wir uns aber auf einen Menschen, der Lust auf ein Miteinander hat. Apropros Essen: Derzeit haben wir eine regionale Gemüsekiste und seit längerer Zeit teilen wir unsere Lebensmittel.
Hier soll alles möglich und erlaubt sein. Wir sind eine recht familiäre WG, die rücksichtsvoll auf jeden Menschen eingeht und wo jede*r so sein kann, wie mensch sich fühlt.
Wir können dir also versichern, dass man hier gut aufgenommen wird und eine schöne Zeit verbringen kann. Wärmste Empfehlung ;)

We offer an all-round package: we like to spend time together in our everyday lives, so we live actively together and not past each other. Everyone is welcome here and it's important to us that people feel that way. Apart from that, you are very welcome to talk about things.
Cooking and eating together on a regular basis is also part of our loving everyday life (vegan). Of course, there is no obligation to do this, especially in stressful times, but overall we look forward to meeting people who want to spend time together. Speaking of food: We currently have a regional vegetable box and have been sharing our food for some time now.
Everything should be possible and allowed here. We are a very informal flat share that is considerate of everyone and where everyone can be who they feel they are.
So we can assure you that you will be well received here and can have a great time. Warmest recommendation ;)
