i am looking for a (female) subtenant for my apartment in the campo novo student residence for the period of my stay abroad from october to january. the apartment is on the second floor (thats 3rd for any americans out there) and comes with a balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. the kitchen has a microwave oven, a fridge (freezer compartment included), a sink, and 2 stove tops. there’s pots & cutlery, a water kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster, all of which you are free to use. the room itself is fully furnished and comes with a bed (200x140), a dresser, a clothes rail, 2 shelves (one big, one small), 2 chairs, a desk, a full-body mirror, and a carpet. you can also use my vacuum and my clothes drying rack, and there is a laundry room in the basement of the building.
the apartment is close enough to the city centre to be there in 30 minutes by foot (for slow walkers), 7 by bike (for fast bikers). there’s two tram lines you can take as well, one of which the stop is 5 minutes away from the building, the other 10.
requirements:
- be nice to roommate
- please keep my houseplants alive (no worries, they are very low maintenance, water them once every few weeks and you're good)
- must be okay with having a massive lgbt flag hanging next to your bed (it was a pain in the ass to get it up there in the first place and im not keen on subjecting myself to that again when i return 😖)
- must also be fine with many anime posters on the walls of my room as well as the weird decorations in the kitchen and bathroom
- not a must but it would be a big plus if you were a vegetarian
