für unsere Hausgemeinschaft suchen wir ab sobald wie möglich zwei neue Mitbewohnis am liebsten für langfristig. Unsere Wohnsituation ist für manche etwas ungewöhnlich, daher lies dir bitte die Beschreibung genau durch und schau schon mal, ob du dir das vorstellen kannst:
Du kannst 240 m² mitnutzen, plus Dachboden, Garten mit großer Holzplattform, Terrasse, Abstellplatz für Fahrräder, etc. Wir haben ein grosses Wohnzimmer und noch mehr vielfältig nutzbare Räume. Allerdings wirst du kein eigenes Zimmer haben. Alle teilen die Räume und wir schlafen mit mehreren in den Schlafzimmern. Es gibt sieben Zimmer, die wir uns zu elft teilen. Wir wohnen also funktional. Da wir aber recht viel Platz haben, findet sich eigentlich immer ein Rückzugs- oder Allein-Schlaf-Ort, wenn dir danach ist. Aktuell zahlen wir Miete nach einem Soli-Mietkonzept. Du kannst dich gerne daran beteiligen, musst es aber nicht. Wenn nicht, würde die durchschnittliche Miete 360€ (warm + Solawi-Gemüse) kosten.

we are looking for a new flatmate for our shared house community from now on. Our living situation is a bit unusual for some, so please read the description carefully and see if you see yourself in it:
We share 240 m², plus attic, garden, terrace, storage space for bicycles, etc. We have a large living room and several other rooms that can be used in various ways. However, you will not have your own private room. We share all the rooms and we sleep with 2-3 people in the bedrooms. We are 11 people sharing 7 rooms. So we live functionally. But since we have quite a lot of space, you can always find a place to chill or sleep by yourself if you feel like it. At the moment we’re paying rent according to a solidarity-rent concept. You are welcome to participate, but you don't have to. If not, the average rent would cost 360 € (warm + vegetables).
Das Haus liegt im Norden Freiburgs. Mit dem Rad bist du in circa 15 min in der Innenstadt/Hauptbahnhof und zu Fuß in 7 min am Bhf Zähringen. Noch näher als der Bahnhof ist der Wald. Und der Sonnenuntergangsausblick ist spektakulär!
Der Aufgang zum Haus und auch das Bewegen zwischen den Stockwerken im Haus ist nur mit Treppen möglich.
The house is located in the north of Freiburg. You can reach the city centre/main station in about 15 minutes by bike and Zähringen station in 7 minutes by foot. The forest is even closer than the station. And the view on the sunset is awesome.
The way to the house and also moving around the floors in the house is only accessible with stairs.
Uns ist ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben wichtig. Statt dass ein jedes für sich rumwurschtelt, wollen wir uns gegenseitig unterstützen und die Alltagsaufgaben zusammen wuppen, je nach Bedürfnissen und Kapazitäten. Deshalb treffen wir uns regelmäßig um über Themen, die aufkommen, zu sprechen. Da wünschen wir uns ein gewisses Mass an Verbindlichkeit, z.B. die Pleumstermine wahrzunehmen. Das heißt aber auch, dass du als Teil der WG das WG-Leben mitgestalten kannst. Wir verändern gerne Strukturen in unserem Zusammenleben, falls Leute andere Vorschläge einbringen und wir überlegen uns gerne gemeinsam Neues, falls es Einzelnen mit etwas nicht gut geht.
Ansonsten kochen und essen wir oft gemeinsam (meist vegan). Es sind selten alle zur gleichen Zeit im Haus, aber wir sitzen gerne in kleineren oder größeren Gruppen zusammen auf der Terrasse, schauen im Garten Openair-Filme, spielen Spiele, sammeln Holunder, gehen demonstrieren oder machen Lagerfeuer im Garten.
Einige von uns (lohn)arbeiten, andere studieren, andere machen Ausbildungen. Wir sind aktiv in verschiedenen Gruppen in Freiburg und uns ist ein diskriminierungs-sensibles Miteinander sehr wichtig. Während manche von uns viel unterwegs sind, chillen andere mehr daheim. Irgendwer ist eigentlich immer da und oft sind auch befreundete Menschen zu Besuch - je nach Covid-Lage (im Moment ist das gar kein Thema, aber uns ist wichtig, das ernstzunehmen). So ist unser WG-Leben mal lebhafter und mal ruhiger, aber selbst wenn das Wohnzimmer voll ist, finden sich immer Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wir beschaffen unsere Lebensmittel gemeinsam beim Großhandel, Gartencoop, Container und Supermarkt.
Living together as a community is important to us. Instead of everyone muddling around on their own, we want to support each other and tackle everyday tasks together, depending on our needs and capacities. That's why we meet regularly to discuss any issues that arise. We would like to have a certain degree of commitment, e.g. to keep the appointments. But that also means that you can shape our WG life as a part of it. We like to change structures in our shared-house-life together if people are not happy with something.
Otherwise, we often cook and eat together (usually vegan). Rarely everybody is at home at the same time but we like to sit together in smaller or larger groups on the terrace, watch open-air films in the garden, collect elder blossoms, go to demonstrations or have a bonfire in the garden.
Some of us work, others study or do an apprenticeship. We are active in different groups in Freiburg. For living together, awareness around all kinds of discrimination is very important for us. While some of us are out a lot, others spend more time chilling at home. Usually someone is always there and often friends come to visit - depending on the Covid situation. So our house-sharing life is sometimes more lively and sometimes more quiet, but even when the living room is full, there are always places to be alone or rest. We get our food collectively from wholesalers, community-supported agriculture collectives, dumpsters and supermarkets.
