Your room is the biggest one in this flat. It faces the street and is bright in the afternoon. Although we don't have a living room, you can hang out on the balcony and have food together in the kitchen. You also have enough space in your room to have a movie night :) The garden can be used by everyone in this building. We park our bikes here.
Amazing location surrounding with lots of restaurants and bars.
2 mins walk to Eschholzstraße Tram (Line 1, 2, 3, 4)
10 mins walks to HBF
Your flatmates will be two Romanian girls. Both are employeed and they are very chill people. They both speak very good German.
One is barely at home so you kinda only have one flatmate. This is more like a purposed WG because we are all quite busy from work and we all have our own friends to hang out. We still chat on the balconcy or share some foods together sometimes.
I will move to another city and therefore I'm looking for a "Nachmieter" for my room. The room will be free from the 1st of November. A few days earlier is possible.
The room is rented without furniture. You can take over the bed, wardrobes, … with a reasonable price if interested.
Please write on the top “Eschholz” so that I know you are not just sending massive messages without reading.
