Hi there,
I’m leaving Freiburg for a couple months and therefore I am subleting my room in a spacious 2 room flat.
The other flat mate is 25 years old and is doing his Ausbildung here. Our WG Life is all in all very uncomplicated.
The flat is fully equipped with everything you need. The room comes also furnished so there is nothing that you need to bring.
I think it would be perfrect for someone that is moving to Freiburg and is looking for a temporary stay. We can also talk about the length of the stay and I am flexible regarding that.
If this sounds interesting to you please feel free to contact me. There could be the possibility that you can stay even longer than the 01.09.2024.
The flat is located in Landwasser and there is a tram station two minutes away. Within 15 minutes you reach the Hauptbahnhof with the tram. Another plus is that you have a REWE across the street that can be reached within 3 minutes of walking distance.
Generally the surroundings of the flat is very quiet and also the flat is very calm. There is also free parking on the street so if you have car that shouldn't be a problem at all.
Our WG life is pretty relaxed. The flat mate that is staying there is working full time during the week and is therefore out of the house most times. Therefore I think it is suitable for a student or also a worker. Sometimes we cook and eat together if the time suits us.
