Das Haus ist sehr zentrumsnah, so dass man in 5 Minuten in der Hauptstraße ist mit allen ihren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Bäcker, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt, Boutiquen, Banken. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es drei Minuten, den Bahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Auch zum Univiertel ist es nicht weit, je nach Entfernung braucht man mit dem Rad 5 - 15 Minuten. Übrigens: Google Maps zeigt die falsche Stelle an: Das Haus steht auf der anderen Seite der Kammergasse, Richtung Wippenhauserstraße.

By the way: Google Maps shows the wrong place: The house is on the other side of Kammergasse, towards Wippenhauserstrasse.

Die derzeitigen Bewohner sind ein Pakistani, der einen Job als medizinisch-technischer Fachangestellter hat, sowie ein deutsches Ehepaar, das vor einigen Jahren nach Italien "ausgewandert" ist, aber 4 - 5 mal im Jahr für jeweils ca. 10 Tage da ist. Außerdem hat der Vermieter hier seinen Firmenraum, aber nur untertags, so dass man abends und (meistens) am Wochenende unter sich ist. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und an ihn sollte man sich bei allen anstehenden Problemen wenden. Die Bewohner sind sehr höflich und freundlich und ruhig, aber diese WG ist keine Party-WG, wo jeden Abend was los ist. Im Gegenteil: Jeder macht sein Ding und das war's.

Gesucht wird eine ruhige und sehr saubere Person, die nicht nur das eigene Zimmer, sondern im Wechsel mit den anderen Bewohnern auch die Gemeinschaftsräume regelmäßig und gründlich in Ordnung hält. Der Traum des Vermieters ist, dass jeder, der Küche oder Bad benutzt hat, es so hinterlässt, wie er es vorzufinden wünscht. Das ist bisher leider nicht so gut gelungen, deshalb steht dieser Punkt ganz oben.
Für ein Fahrrad gibt es im Hof einen Fahrradständer. Terrassen- und Gartenbenützung nach Absprache möglich.
Und weil das Haus ein unrenovierter Altbau ist, gibt es natürlich auch ein paar Mängel: Es ist schlecht gedämmt, von der Straße her kann es manchmal ganz schön laut sein, der knarrende Boden gehört praktisch zum Inventar und: Es gibt keine Waschmaschine und es kann auch keine installiert werden. Der nächste Waschsalon ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Katze des Vermieters kommt manchmal zu Besuch; das sollte keine Allergien auslösen.

And because the house is an unrenovated old building, there are of course a few shortcomings: it is poorly insulated, it can sometimes be quite noisy from the street, the creaking floor is practically part of the inventory and: There is no washing machine and none can be installed. The nearest launderette is 10 minutes away.
The landlord's cat sometimes comes visiting; this should not cause allergies.
