Dein Zimmer ist 19qm groß. Es hat ein großes Fenster, welches das Zimmer schön hell wirken lässt. Im Zimmer ist ein großer, fest verbauter Einbaukleiderschrank vorhanden.
Die Gesamtmiete beläuft sich auf etwa 545€. Dabei gehen 500€ Warmmiete an die Vermieter und wir zahlen separat jeder pro Person etwa 45€ pro Monat für Internet, GEZ, Strom und Wasser. Die Kaution beträgt 950€ und Ablöse für Möbel und Geräte in den Gemeinschaftsräumen beträgt 370€.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer, das Platz für gemütliche gemeinsame Essen und Abende bietet. Vom Ess-/Wohnzimmer geht ein kleiner Balkon ab. Die Küche ist mit 2 Kühlschränken ausgestattet (ein Gefrierschrank steht im Esszimmer) und bietet genügend Platz, sodass 2-3 Personen zusammen darin rumwerkeln können. Ebenfalls in der Küche anzutreffen ist eine Waschmaschine und eine Geschirrspülmaschine.

Your room is 19qm. It has a large window, which makes the room look nice and bright. There is a large, built-in closet in the room.
The total rent is about 545€. Thereby 500€ warm rent goes to the landlords and we pay separately each per person about 45€ per month for internet, GEZ, electricity and water. The deposit amounts to 950€ and the fee for furniture and the equipment in the common area is 370€.
The apartment has a large dining/living room, which offers space for cozy meals and evenings together. A small balcony leads off from the dining/living room. The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators (a freezer is in the dining room) and offers enough space so that 2-3 people can work together in it. Also found in the kitchen is a washing machine and a dish washer.
Die 3er WG befindet sich im nördlichen Teil von Freising.
Bis zur Uni sind es ca 10 min mit dem Rad, zum Bahnhof mit S-Bahn- und Regio-Anschluss etwa 5 min.
Wer mit dem Bus unterwegs sein wird, findet in der gleichen Straße (Prinz-Ludwig-Str) und ums Wohnviertel genügend Bushaltestellen. Der Flughafen ist von der Haustüre mit dem Bus in etwa 30 min erreichbar. Nach München zum Marienplatz sind es mit der S1 45min, zum Münchner Hauptbahnhof gelangt man mit dem Regio schon innerhalb von 30min.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele in der Umgebung; In unmittelbarer Nähe (nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt) befindet sich ein Rewe incl. Getränkeladen. Zum Wochenmarkt/Stadtkern braucht man etwa 10 min zu Fuß. Auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es auch ein paar kleinere Einkaufläden, Apotheken, Ärzte, Frisöre etc.
Die Wohnung hat keinen eigenen Stellplatz, im Wohngebiet lässt sich jedoch immer eine Parkmöglichkeit finden.
Von der Wohnung aus ist man schnell am Wald und an Feldern, wo man schön spazieren gehen, joggen oder radln kann. Der Badesee in Pulling ist mit dem Radl innerhalb von 15-20 erreichbar.

The 3-person shared flat is located in the northern part of Freising.
To the university it is about 10 min by bike, to the train station with S-Bahn and Regio connection about 5 min.
If you are traveling by bus, you will find enough bus stops in the same street (Prinz-Ludwig-Str) and around the residential area. The airport can be reached from the front door by bus in about 30 min. To Munich to the Marienplatz it is 45min with the S1, to the Munich main station you get with the Regio already within 30min.
There are many shopping opportunities in the area; in the immediate vicinity (only a few steps away from the apartment) is a Rewe incl. beverage store. To the weekly market/city center you need about 10 min to walk. On the way there are also a few smaller stores, pharmacies, doctors, hairdressers, etc.
The apartment does not have its own parking space, but in the residential area you can always find a parking space.
From the apartment you can quickly get to the forest and fields, where you can walk, jog or bike. In summer, the lake in Pulling for bathing/playing beach volleyball is reachable by bike within 15-20min.
In der WG wirst du mit Tzu-Chen und Manuel wohnen. Hier wirst du auf eine entspannte und ruhige Atmosphäre treffen. Es werden auch gerne Brettspiele gespielt, wenn alle Zeit haben.
Tzu-Chen(22) kommt ursprünglich aus Taiwan und ist seit ~4 Jahren in Deutschland. Er studiert gerade Chemie im Bachelor und macht gerne Sport in seiner Freizeit. (Segeln oder Radeln :). Wenn er mehr Zeit hat, reist er gerne und trifft sich mit Leuten.
Manuel (26) ist auch erst seit neuem ein Freisinger um Agrarwissenschaften an der TUM zu studieren. Er ist gern aktiv und bei Gelegenheit in den Bergen. Gutes Essen und kochen eine art Leidenschaft.
