in meiner Wohnung vermiete ich ab sofort für einen Monat ein Zimmer zum Preis von 212 Euro, worin alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Internet, GEZ) enthalten sind.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern - in den Bildern siehst du den Grundriss.
Ich freue mich, wenn du "sauber" lebst, bin aber ganz entspannt ;)
Die Wohnung liegt 1 Minute fußläufig zum Bahnhof Freital Potschappel, wovon du den Dresdner Hauptbahnhof in 8 Minuten per Zug erreichst. Des Weiteren gibt es auch noch Busse in Freital (auch nach Dresden).
Norma und Lidl sind in unmittelbarer Distanz zur Wohnung.
Alles Weitere können wir mal bei einem Treffen besprechen.
