Das Zimmer kommt mit einem 2m x 140m Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Schrank, Teppich
Küche mit Ofen ist vorhanden, Badezimmer mit eigener Waschmaschine .
Ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Toilette und ein seperates WC.
Bei Fragen könnt ihr euch gerne an mich wenden.

Fully furnished and you can take over everything as is or it is preferred for a takeover fee.
The room comes with a 2m x 140m bed, a wardrobe, desk, chair, cabinet, and carpet.
Kitchen with oven is available, bathroom with its own washing machine.

Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in Fußnähe und sind ungefähr 5-10 min entfernt (Netto, Aldi,Edeka,Norma)
Busstation direkt vor der Haustür und die Ubahn Jakobinenstraße ist 5 Min entfernt. (Nach Nürnberg oder Erlangen in 20Min.)
In die TH-Nürnberg braucht ihr mit der Ubahn 15Min, zur FAU sind es knapp 25Min.
Der Fürther Stadtpark ist auch nur 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt und ihr seid direkt in der Natur.

All shopping facilities are within walking distance and approximately 5-10 minutes away (Netto, Aldi, Edeka, Norma).
Bus stop right outside the door and the Jakobinenstraße subway station is 5 minutes away. (To Nuremberg or Erlangen in 20 minutes).
Fürther Stadtpark is also only 10 minutes away from the apartment.
Momentan leben in der WG, Andreaa, Franzi, und Srinjoy.
Da wir alle Studenten oder Berufstätig sind kann jeder in Ruhe seine Zeit genießen.
Ab und zu kochen wir auch zusammen, das zusammen Leben ist harmonisch. :)
Es ist aber kein Muss, falls Du nur für dich sein möchtest ist das natürlich auch möglich.
Grundsätzlich würde ich sagen, dass das Zusammenleben sehr harmonisch ist.

As we are all students or working professionals, everyone can enjoy their time peacefully.
Occasionally, we cook together; living together is harmonious. :)
However, it's not mandatory; if you prefer to be on your own, that's totally fine too.
