Wg-Zimmer ab Mitte April zu vergeben :)

Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Hochschule entfernt. Perfekt also für Spätaufsteher ;)
ca. 10-15 Minuten je nach Tempo brauchst du zum Bahnhof.
Der Aldi und ein Bäcker sind Nähe Hochschule und ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. In die andere Richtung ist ein Edeka, zwei Bäcker und das Krankenhaus. Zu Fuß brauchst du auch nur ca 10 Minuten dorthin. Der Edeka liegt auch schon am Fuße vom Frauenberg. Dort ist es schön spazieren zu gehen oder wenn du einen Ausblick auf Fulda haben möchtest, kann ich es nur empfehlen.
Das Stadtzentrum ist je nach Ziel 15-20 Minuten fußläufig.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhig befahrenen Straße, d.h. hier ist es eigentlich angenehm leise :)

It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the train station, depending on your speed.
The Aldi and a bakery are near the university and about 10 minutes away. In the other direction is an Edeka, two bakers and the hospital. You only need about 10 minutes to walk there. The Edeka is also at the foot of the Frauenberg. There it is nice to walk or if you want to have a view of Fulda, I can only recommend it.
The city center is 15-20 minutes walk depending on your destination.
The apartment is located in a quietly traveled street, ie it is actually pleasantly quiet here :)

Du würdest zusammen mit meinen dreien Mitbewohnern*in wohnen. Sie sind um die 30 Jahre alt bzw. 30+ und arbeiten schon. Du bist als Student*in aber gerne willkommen, auch jeden Alters :)
Unser Zusammenleben gestaltet sich eher ruhig und jede*r macht viel für sich, dennoch treffen wir uns täglich in der Küche und erzählen von unserem Tag. Gelegentlich kochen oder grillen wir auch in unserem Garten zusammen. Wenn du Lust hast, kannst du immer vorschlagen, etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen. Meine Mitbewohner sind in der Regel immer dabei :) Falls du gerne Radtouren machst oder Wandern gehst, hättest du mit dieser WG die perfekten Leute gefunden. Auch wichtig: Freunde sind immer willkommen.
Wir sind alle recht entspannt, quatschen gerne miteinander und halten uns an den Putzplan (das funktioniert hier sehr gut und sollte auch so bleiben).

You would live together with my three roommates. They are around 30 years old or 30+ and already working. But you are welcome as a student, also of any age :)
Our life together is rather quiet and each of us does a lot for himself, but we meet every day in the kitchen and talk about our day. Occasionally we cook or barbecue together in our garden. If you feel like it, you can always suggest doing something together. My roommates are usually always there :) If you like cycling tours or hiking, you would have found the perfect people with this WG. Also important: friends are always welcome.
We are all pretty relaxed, like to chat with each other and stick to the cleaning schedule (that works very well here and should stay that way).

Da wir letztes Jahr Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine neu gekauft haben, würde ich gerne einen Abschlag von 75 € nehmen
