Bei diesem Zimmer handelt es sich um Zimmer Nummer 3 auf dem Grundriss (siehe Wohnungsbilder).
Angaben zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses und eignet sich hervorragend als WG.
Die Zimmer sind zwischen ca. 12 m² und ca. 22 m² groß; alle mit Tageslicht.
In der Wohnung sind zwei Tageslicht-Duschbäder und ein separates WC vorhanden; außerdem gibt es einen großen Balkon (ca. 13 m²).
W-LAN Nutzung ist in allen Zimmern kostenfrei möglich.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. großem Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine, [Spülmaschine nicht vom Vermieter]). Im Keller befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner (gegen Gebühr)
Der Preis ist fest, es sind alle Nebenkosten inkludiert..

Apartment details:
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and is ideal as a shared apartment.
The rooms are between approx. 12 m² and approx. 22 m²; all with daylight.
In the apartment are two daylight shower bathrooms and a separate toilet; there is also a large balcony (about 13 m²).
W-LAN use is possible in all rooms free of charge.
The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. large refrigerator and dishwasher [dishwasher not from the landlord]). Washing machine and dryer are in the basement (for a fee).
The price is fixed, all utilities are included.
Das Haus befindet sich auf dem Gelände direkt hinter der Hochschule (Richtung Eisweiher).
Die Leipziger Straße und somit diverse Bushaltestellen mit direkter Stadtverbindung und Bäcker/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar; in die Innenstadt sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Direkt nebenan befindet sich der Hochschul-Parkplatz. Auf der anderen Seite sind Schrebergärten und Felder und die Bahn, ideal zum Joggen.

The house is located on the grounds directly behind the university (direction Eisweiher).
Leipziger Straße and thus various bus stops with direct city connections and bakery/shopping facilities are within 5 minutes walking distance; the city center is about 15 minutes away on foot. Right next door is the university parking lot. On the other side are allotments and fields and the railroad, ideal for jogging.
