I am looking for an international or German flat mate staying in Geesthacht for more than 6 months. As an ideal candidate, you should be 21-49 years old and maybe share some of my interests. I am open to any gender and home country.
Ich suche eine/n internationale/n oder deutsche/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die für mindestens 6 Monate in Geesthacht bleibt. Es wäre toll, wenn du zwischen 21 und 49 Jahre alt bist und vielleicht auch ein paar meiner Interessen teilst. Egal ob Männlein oder Weiblein und egal welches Heimatland, ich bin für alles offen.
I am renting out an 11m² fully furnished room in a 3 room apartment, with bed, mattress, large warderobe, dresser, curtains, desk and chair. We will share the kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, lots of dishes and utensils), the bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) and the washing machine (in the cellar). I will have a workshop with tools in the cellar, where we could fix your bike should that ever be necessary. The rent of 259€ per month includes everything: rent, furniture, electricity, water, heating, high-speed Wifi internet and federal TV fees.
Ich biete ein 11m² vollmöbliertes Zimmer in einer 3-Raumwohnung zur Untermiete. Darin enthalten sind Bett, Matratze, ein großer Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode, Vorhänge, Tisch und Stuhl. Wir teilen uns die Küche (E-Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühl- & Gefrierschrank, viel Geschirr und Besteck), das Bad (Dusche, Klo, Waschbecken) und die Waschmaschine (im Keller). Ich habe eine kleine Werkstatt im Keller, wo wir wenn nötig z.B. dein Fahrrad reparieren können. Die Miete von 259€ pro Monat beinhaltet alles: Miete, Möbel, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, DSL-Internet und GEZ.
Two small supermarkets are within 10 min walking distance, pharmacy and post office 15 min. A bus stop for bus 8800 to Bergedorf or Helmholtz Center is 5 min to walk. The Helmholtz Center is 15 min by bus and 20 min by bike. Hamburg is also only 30 to 50 minutes away by train and the trains usually run until late. The central bus station is 5 min by bike or 15 min on foot.
Zwei kleine Supermärkte sind in ca. 10 min per Fuß zu erreichen, Apotheke und Post in 15 min. Eine Bushaltestelle für 8800er nach Bergedorf bzw. Helmholtz-Zentrum ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Helmholtz-Zentrum sind es 15 min per Bus und 20 min per Fahrrad. Hamburg ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln je nach Verbindung in 30 bis 50 Minuten erreichbar und man kommt auch spät abends wieder zurück. Der Zentrale Omnibus Bahnhof ist 5 min per Rad oder 15 min zu Fuß entfernt.
I, Martin, will move into the apartment by the end of March. I'm looking for a friendly, open-minded and tidy flatmate who also enjoys chats in the kitchen and joint acitvities from time to time. But of course no one is pushed to do so and I understand when one needs a little peace and quiet.
A bit about myself: I will work as a reasearcher at the Helmholtz Center. I grew up in downtown Berlin and lived in Sweden, Canada, Japan and 8 different cities within Germany. I love experiencing different cultures and speak several languages. I already shared apartments with people from all over the world (India, Spain, Peru, Italy, Brazil, USA, Germany). I enjoy being outdoors (hiking, biking, canoeing), wood working, karate, game nights and music (I play the guitar and electronic drums). It would be awesome if you wanna join any of these activities. During the weekends I will often be in Heidelberg at my girlfriend's place. She will visit over the weekend once a month.
Ich, Martin, werde Ende März in die Wohnung ziehen. Ich suche einen netten, aufgeschlossenen und ordentlichen Mitbewohner, mit dem man auch mal ein bisschen in der Küche quatschen und, wenn es sich ergibt, zusammen etwas unternehmen kann. Aber natürlich wird niemand dazu gedrängt und ich habe Verständnis dafür, wenn man auch mal seine Ruhe braucht.
Ein bisschen über mich: Ich werde als Forscher am Helmholtz-Zentrum arbeiten. Ich bin in Berlin Mitte aufgewachsen und habe schon in Schweden, Kanada, Japan und 8 verschiedenen Städten in Deutschland gewohnt. Ich lerne sehr gern neue Kulturen kennen und spreche mehrere Sprachen. Ich hatte bereits Mitbewohner/innen aus den verschiedensten Ländern (Indien, Spanien, Peru, Italien, Brasilien, USA, Deutschland). Ich bin gerne in der Natur (Wandern, Radeln, Kanu fahren), bastle gerne in der Werkstatt, mache Karate, mag Spieleabende und Musik (ich spiele Gitarre und E-Schlagzeug). Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn du bei ein paar Sachen dabei bist! Übers Wochenende werde ich häufiger bei meiner Freundin in Heidelberg sein. Sie wird ca. einmal im Monat zu Besuch kommen.
