Unsere WG ist 3 Minuten von der Uniklinik und 1 Minute von der Tierklinik entfernt. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das ist praktisch, wenn du z.B mal nach Frankfurt oder Marburg fahren möchtest. Direkt bei der Tierklinik und beim Bahnhof sind Nextbike Fahrradstationen. Einen Hof mit Fahrradständern haben wir auch hinter dem Haus 🏠.

Auf der Frankfurter Straße gibt es einen Edeka Supermarkt, sowie zwei Bäcker und zahlreiche Döner, Bowls und Burger Imbiss Läden und Restaurants. Der Aldi ist auch nicht weit weg, für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist gesorgt :-)
Die Innenstadt ist auch nur 10 min entfernt. Gute Busverbindungen (Buslinien 10 direkt zur Uni, sowie die 1 in die Stadt) sind vorhanden, aber die Fahrt mit dem Rad ist einfach nicht zu toppen! Im Sommer kann man super gut an den Lahnwiesen ein Grillerchen veranstalten oder einfach zum Silbersee oder ins Freibad fahren und dort abkühlen.

Our shared flat is 3 minutes from the university hospital and 1 minute from the veterinary clinic. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. This is convenient if you want to travel to Frankfurt or Marburg, for example. There are Nextbike bike stations right next to the veterinary clinic and the train station.
There is an Edeka supermarket on Frankfurter Straße, as well as two bakeries and numerous kebab, bowl and burger shops and restaurants. The Aldi is also not far away, so there are plenty of shopping opportunities :-)
The city centre is also only 10 minutes away. There are good bus connections (bus line 10 directly to the university, as well as bus line 1 into the city), but the journey by bike simply can't be topped! In the summer, it's great to have a barbecue at the Lahnwiesen meadows or just go to the Silbersee lake or the outdoor pool to cool off.

Wir suchen eine Person, egal welches Geschlecht, die Lust auf ein cooles Miteinander und ordentliches Zusammenleben hat.
Wir sind eine Vierer-WG, momentan noch Chiara, Sophie, Marie und Philipp. Sophie, für die du zur Zwischenmiete einziehen würdest, verlässt uns für 4 Monate, um ein Erasmus + in Frankreich zu machen. Phillip und Marie gehen in ihr Praktisches Jahr nach ihrem Medizinstudium. Du würdest mit Chiara zusammenwohnen, die Medizin im 9. Semester studiert und mit zwei weiteren WG Neuzugängen. Chiara geht gerne Laufen oder ins Fitnessstudio, ist Vegetarierin, kocht ziemlich gut und legt Wert auf Ordnung.
Wir haben eine gemütliche Küche mit einem Sofa, die unser WG Lebens und Wohnmittelpunkt ist. Dort sitzen wir gerne zusammen bei einem gemeinsamen WG-Essen, Karten spielen und je nach Jahreszeit einem Tee oder Kaltgetränken. Ansonsten haben wir auch manchmal Sachen als WG unternommen, Film- und Spieleabende, Spaziergänge, Freibad, Sport.. Ob du darauf Lust hast, hängt ganz von dir und deinen Bedürfnissen ab. Jede*r braucht auch mal seine Ruhe und Zeit für sich, dann darfst du dich auch gerne in dein Zimmer verkrümeln. Wichtig ist uns ein respektvolles und faires Miteinander, bei dem eine offene Kommunikation möglich ist und mitgedacht wird, wenn es um den WG Putzplan geht (einmal die Woche entweder Küche, Flur, Bad oder Klo putzen), wir mit den Mülltonnen dran sind, oder z.B mal neues Klopapier gekauft werden muss.
Wenn du Lust hast unsere WG zu verschönern, in welcher Art auch immer, sehr gerne. Dem Sticker und Poster Wahnsinn sind keine Grenzen gesetzt.

Hello dears,
We are looking for a person, regardless of gender, race, religion, status or whatsoever who wants to live together in a cool and orderly way.
We are a flat-sharing group of four, currently Chiara, Sophie, Marie and Philipp. Sophie, for whom you would move in as a temporary tenant, is leaving us for 4 months to do an Erasmus + in France. Phillip and Marie are leaving for their practical year after their medical studies. You would live with Chiara, who is studying medicine in her 9th semester, and two other newcomers. Chiara likes to go running or to the gym, is a vegetarian, cooks pretty well and values order.
We have a cosy kitchen with a sofa, which is our shared living space. We like to sit there together with a shared WG meal, play cards and, depending on the season, have tea or cold drinks. Apart from that, we sometimes do things together as a flat-sharing group: film and game nights, walks, open-air swimming, sports... Whether you feel like it depends entirely on you and your needs. Everybody needs some peace and quiet and some time for themselves, then you are also welcome to crawl into your room. It is important to us that we live together in a respectful and fair way, where open communication is possible and you do contribute your part by e.g. thinking along when it comes to the cleaning schedule (once a week you clean either the kitchen, the hallway, the bathroom or the toilet), when it is our turn to take out the rubbish bins or, if we have to buy new toilet paper.
If you feel like decorating our flat-sharing community in any way, Go for it! There are no limits to the sticker and poster madness.

Den Einzugstermin können wir auch noch individuell verschieben. Du kannst schon Mitte oder Ende August einziehen aber musst erst ab dem 01. September Miete zahlen.✨
