Da ich ein Auslandspraktikum mache, suche ich eine Zwischenmieterin für mein ruhiges WG–Zimmer ab Mitte April 2017 bis Ende September 2017, mit der Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung auf ganzes Jahr. Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß, möbliert und durch ein übergroßes Fenster und eine hohe Decke sehr hell. Außerdem besitzen wir eine gemütliche Küche und ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne; eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der sonnige Balkon kann von allen genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. In die Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß 5-10 Minuten, in unmittelbarer Nähe fahren die Buslinien 801, 802 (Linien zum Phil I und II), 24 (Bahnhof), 7 und 12. Am Haus gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für Fahrrad und Auto. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.
Das Ganze kostet insgesamt 280 € (inkl. aller Nebenkosten, Strom, Telefon und Internetkosten).
