Die Wohnung (insg. 120m²) hat eine große sonnige Wohnküche mit Balkon. Eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Es gibt sowohl ein Bad mit Badewanne und Toilette, dort befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine. Ebenfalls gibt es noch eine separate Toilette. Am Haus gibt es Fahrradstellplätze oder ihr könnt es im Fahrradkeller unterstellen. Parkplätze für das Auto sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist 13m² groß und hell und kostet 220,50 €. Die hohen Decken lassen das Zimmer noch größer wirken. Im Preis ist die Internetflatrate, Strom, GEZ, etc. enthalten.
Das Zimmer ist bereits frei, so dass ein Einzug zum 15.08. oder 1.09. möglich ist.
Wir wohnen in den Pendelton Barracks in der Nähe vom Kugelberg (Sportcampus) / Grünberger Str. Die Bushaltestelle Waldstadion ist direkt vor dem Haus. Von hier fährt der Stadtbus der Linie 1 und die Linie 21 (direkt zum Bahnhof). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (Lidl, dm), ein Bäcker mit Cafe ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Rewe ist eine Haltestelle entfernt. Der Schwanenteich ist von hier auch super zu erreichen.
Wir sind 30+ Jahre alt, teilweise berufstätig und freuen uns auf eine/n netten Mitbewohner/in. Wir sitzen gerne mal zusammen auf dem Balkon oder man trifft sich in der Küche, um ein Pläuschen zu halten.
