I am offering a spacious room with a wonderful view. Currently I live in this room and love everything about it. Unfortunately, I will be move out of Göttingen by mid of July, so I want to sublet my room. The contract is limited from August 1st to September 30th, and will not be possible to extend.
It’s a beautiful house in a calm and peaceful residential area. Currently there is a solar panel installation going on but it will finish by the time of sublet. The room is of size around 22m.sq. Room is fully furnished with one single bed, a large table and a wardrobe. The room has large window so you will get lot of sunlight. You will be sharing the apartment with two other people. There are two toilets in the apartment, one with shower and bathtub attached. You will also get a fully equipped kitchen (All kind of silverwares, cooking pots, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, kettle and toaster). There is a washing machine in kitchen, so washing is free.
A person agreed to take the sublet and cancelled at the very last moment, so I am posting this urgently. Please call me directly or send me a message for any other enquiries ----/-------)
