Das Zimmer ist 15,6 m² groß und komplett möbliert mit einem großen Bett (140 x 200 cm), einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch und einem Bürostuhl, einem Bücherregal, einem Tisch und Stühlen und hübschen Pflanzen. Es ist ein ideales Zimmer für Studierende, die in Göttingen ein neues Leben beginnen. Es hat ein breites Fenster und einen Balkon, sodass Sie das Sonnenlicht und einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt genießen können.

Hello! I am moving out and looking for a new tenant of my room in a 2-person flatshare. The room is 15.6 m² and fully furnished with a big bed (140x200cm), a wardrobe, a desk & office chair, a bookshelf, a set of table and chairs, and pretty plants. It is an ideal room for a student starting a new life in Göttingen. It has a wide window and balcony so you can enjoy the sunlight and a beautiful view of the city.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend in Göttingen. Nur 5-8 Gehminuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (Linie 71, 73, 91, 92). 8 Gehminuten zu den Supermärkten (ALDI und tegut) und Bäckereien. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt oder zum Campus.

The apartment is located in a quiet and beautiful area in Göttingen. Only 5-8mins walk to the closest bus stop (line 71, 73, 91, 92). 8mins walk to the supermarkets (ALDI and tegut) and bakeries. 10-15mins by bike to the city center or the campus.
Sie wohnen bei meiner Mitbewohnerin (Wohnungseigentümerin) Sabine (55) und ihrem lieben Hund. Sie wohnt in einem anderen Zimmer dieser Wohnung und vermietet dieses Zimmer unter. Sie ist Deutsche, spricht aber fließend Englisch, sodass die Kommunikation kein Problem wäre, auch wenn Sie die Sprache nicht sprechen. Sie ist sehr nett und eine gute Köchin. Sie raucht, aber nur in ihrem eigenen Zimmer oder auf dem Balkon, also keine Angst vor Rauch in der Wohnung.

You will be living with my roommate (owner of the apartment) Sabine (55) and her lovely dog. She is living in another room of this apartment and sub renting this room. She is German but speaks English fluently so communication would be no problem even if you don’t speak the language. She is cheerful and a good cook. She smokes, but only in her own room or on the balcony, so don't worry about smoke inside the apartment.
Nebenkosten (Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet) sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine im Keller, die ohne zusätzliche Kosten genutzt werden kann. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler.

Utilities (water, heating, electricity, Internet) are all included in the rent. We have a washing machine in the basement which can be used without extra costs. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher.
