I am moving out from the room in this 3-person WG and I am looking for a person to move in as a permanent tenant. The room is very spacious and is pretty bright with a large window. The size is 13,2 m2. All the furniture except for the bed and the mattress will stay in the room with no cost to it.
The flat is in a good condition, contains all the necessities such as: the washing machine, the dishwasher, the microwave. The huge convenience is that the shower and the toilet are separated.
The location is simply the biggest attraction point of this flat. It is literally located in the city center. There is a Kaufland in a two-minute walk time, multiple cafes, DM, bars nearby. There are several bus stops in case you need to take a bus.
The flat is located on the 1st. floor.
You will live with 2 people. Anna is 29, she is from Ukraine. She is a very talented artist. She likes cooking and spends a lot of her time painting. And Simon is from Colombia, 30 y. o. He is currently doing his PhD. in Criminal Law. He spend most of his time writing his doctoral thesis. Both of them don't smoke. We don't have a lot of parties and lead a chill WG-life. We usually just gather in the kitchen in the evenings and have relaxed talks.
They would too prefer to live with a person who is pretty calm and easy-going like them.
