Das Zimmer ist nahezu quadratisch (20 qm) mit neuwertigem Laminat und mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank, großem Schreibtisch, Bücherregal und Sofa ausgestattet. Da wir einen großen Keller haben, können nach Absprache aber auch Teile davon im Keller gelagert werden, desweiteren besteht für dich die Möglichkeit, deine Möbel im Keller zwischen zu lagern. Die Fenster zeigen zur Straße, der Blick fällt jedoch erstmal ins Grüne (Vorgarten)und viel Verkehr gibts bei uns auch nicht! Im oberen Geschoss ist eine weitere 3er Wg, wir teilen uns den Hauseingang.
furnished appartement (20 qm) for seven month (september to end of march) including bed,wardrobe, big desk, bookshelf and sofa. we also have a cellar to store personal things and a big garden to use.
Unsere WG ist idyllisch und ruhig im Grünen gelegen, nahe einer Baggerkuhle mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren gehen und joggen, etc. Unser großer Garten mit Feuerstelle kann frei genutzt werden und nach Absprache mit der Vermieterin auch mitgestaltet werden. Der Kiessee und der Fluss Leine sind zu Fuß in ca 10 Min. zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 7 Minuten in der Innenstadt oder am Bahnhof und in 10 Minuten am Zentralcampus. Bis zum Nordcampus sind es ca 20 Minuten. Aldi und Nahkauf sind 1 km entfernt, Sparkassenautomat ebenfalls. Parkmöglichkeiten haben wir direkt vor der Tür.
Our House is located in the south of Göttingen near a lake (Kiessee) and the river "Leine". Best possibilities to take a walk, go jogging, etc. With the bike you need 7 Minutes to inner city and trainstation as well as 10 minutes to the central university campus and 20 minutes to the northern campus. Distance to shopping possibilities (Aldi, Edeka) is 1 km.
Justus ist 22 und studiert Forstwirtschaft an der HAWK, Christina ist 28 studiert Biologische Diversität, gelernte Tierarzthelferin und nebenbei berufstätig. In der oberen WG wohnen Lisa(22 und Heilerzieherin) und Basti (32, Medizinstudent)Derzeit haben wir einen Hund und 2 Katzen in unserer WG, Tiere könnten also nach Absprache und Verträglichkeit evtl. mitgebracht werden. Wir sind keine Zweck WG und grillen im Sommer auch mal zusammen, jedoch geht es bei uns eher ruhiger zu und wir sind definitiv keine Party-WG.
Justus is 22 years old and studying forestry at the HAWK, Christina is 28 years old and studying biological diversity. In the upper plat share there are Lisa (22 years old, employed) and Basti (32 years old, studying medicine). We also have one dog and two cats in our house. In summer we like having barbecue together in our garden but all in all we are more or less a calm flat sharing community.
Das Zimmer ist ab 1.09.14 frei, kann aber notfalls schon ab 15. August oder erst ab 1.10 bezogen werden. Die Zwischenmiete soll möglichst bis 31.03.15 sein. Wenn ihr Interesse habt und noch Fragen offen sind, zögert nicht und klingelt einfach unter der angegebenen Handynummer durch oder schreibt eine E-Mail ;) Besichtigt werden kann das Zimmer ab sofort bis zum 10. August!
The room is free from the first of september to 31th of march, but it´s also possible to move into from the 15th of august or first of october. If you have any questions, just call or write an e-mail!
