In unserer schönen, renovierten Wohnung wird Anfang August ein möbliertes Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung liegt in Grone und ist ca. 12 min mit dem Fahrrad von der Uni entfernt. Ein späterer Einzugtermin ist auch möglich!
Das Zimmer liegt auf der Sonnenseite der Wohnung und ist mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch und einem großen Kleiderschrank ausgestattet (Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden). Es hat außerdem Zugang zu einem kleinen französischem Balkon.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 375€ und behinhaltet alle Kosten inklusive Internet.
Die Wohnung hat einen komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und großem Kühlschrank. Das Bad hat eine Waschmaschine und die Toilette ist separat.

We are renting a furnished room in our beautiful, renovated appartement from august on. A later moving in date is also possible. The appartement is 12 minutes away from university by bike.
The sunny room is furnished with a bed (bed linen and towles are also available), a desk and a big wardrobe. It has also access to a french balcony. The rent is 375€ and includes all cost, also internet.
The appartement has a completly equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and a big fridge. The bathroom counts with a washing machine and the toilet is seperate.

The bus stop ist just in front of the building, as the bus No 32 takes you directly to the city centre and main campus of university. There is a super market, REWE, just on the other street. It is open until 10 pm :).
Die Bushaltestelle liegt genau vor der Haustür, mit der Linie 32 kommt man direkt ins Stadtzentrum und zum Hauptcampus der Universität. Auch ein REWE befindet sich direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und hat bis 22 Uhr offen :).
We always liked to cook together or chat in the kitchen, or sometimes make a barbecue in the near park but everyone also respects the need for time to study and a calm environment :).
In unserer WG haben wir immer gerne gemeinsam gekocht und uns unterhalten und im Sommel im nahen Park gegrillt, aber natürlich braucht auch jeder seine Zeit zum Studieren und Arbeiten :).
