Wir lösen unsere WG auf und suchen Nachmieter für unsere 4 Zimmer Wohnung in Grone. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrparteienhauses, das überwiegend von Studenten bewohnt wird. Sie verfügt über drei einzeln zugängige Schlafzimmer(ca. 10/10/16 m²). Außerdem bietet sich ein Durchgangszimmer(ca 16 m²) als Wohnzimmer an. Das Bad wurde vor zwei Jahren frisch renoviert. Die geräumige Küche bietet genug Platz für ausgiebiges Kochen und Zusammensitzen in großen Runden. Die Gesamtmiete für die gesamte Wohnung beträgt 800€kalt + 150€ Nebenkosten.

We are looking for new tenants for our 4-room flat in Grone. The flat is in the ground floor of a building that is mainly inhabited by students. There are three separate rooms (ca. 10/10/16 m²) and a walk through (living) room (ca. 16m²). The bathroom has been renewed approximately 2 years ago. The kitchen offers lots of space for extensive cooking sessions and chilling. The rent for the whole flat is 800€ + 150€ utilities.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an den örtlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Bushaltestellen sind fußläufig nur drei Minuten entfernt. Auch der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Edeka, alnatura, dm) befinden sich direkt um die Ecke.
Der Zentralcampus und Innenstadt sind in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Parkanlagen und Leine sind ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.

The flat has very good access to public transport. Bus stop is only three minutes away, train station around twenty minutes walking distance.
There are several shopping markets(Edeka, Alnatura, dm) nearby.
Central-Campus and the city center can be reached within 10 minutes by bike.
Parks and the river "Leine" are very close as well.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine 3er WG geeignet. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter ist eine Privatperson, der Kontakt war stets unkompliziert und freundlich.
