Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem/r netten Mitbewohner/in, er/sie schon Erfahrungen mit WG-Leben in Deutschland hat!
Zu vermieten ist ein wunderschönes, helles, möbliertes, 12,5 qm Zimmer in einer 2er Wg. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Kiessee.
*** Nur die Küche, der Flur, das Badezimmer und WC dürfen von Ihnen genutzt werden. ***
Die Miete beträgt 190€, plus 25€ Nebenkosten (insgesamt 215€) und 450€ Kaution.
Bitte daran denken, dass ich einen kleinen Hund besitze.
Bezogen werden kann das Zimmer ab dem 01. Oktober 2021.
