Letting go of my room in three-people flatshare from September/October. Possible to move in already in September. There's another room for rent in the same apartment, check it out : https://www.wg-gesucht.de/9504776.html
The room is quite spacious, 15 m². Two windows, so it's sunny, when the weather is nice. I'm ready to leave the furniture (bed with mattress, table, chair, sofa, small table and a wardrobe) behind for a symbolic price. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven etc. There's also a room for storage downstairs.
Surroundings ~
The biggest Edeka I've ever seen in my life is within 5 walk from the apartment, Mix Markt with international food is also right around the corner. Lidl and Aldi withing 15 min walk, both Kaufland (Grone) and city center are reachable by bus within 10-15 min. The bus stop (buses 31, 32, 61, 100) is in 2 min walk, another one (bus 42) is in 7 min walk.
There are a couple of parks / trails for mental walks, which are reachable in 10 mins.
People~
Safaa (24) is from Morocco, she's is doing her master's in English, combining it with work and gym. She's very friendly and open.
Hercules (29) is from Greece, he works in a pharmaceutical firma and currently writes his master theses.

Das Zimmer ist relativ groß, 15 m², 3-er WG, voll möbliert und sehr sonnig. Ich lasse gerne das Bett + Matratze, kleinen Tisch, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Schrank für einen symbolischen preis. Die Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Ofen sind auch dabei in der Wohnung.
Umgebung~
Die riesigste Edeka der Welt ist 300 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Lidl, Aldi und Mix Markt sind auch in der Nähe. Kaufland (Grone) ist innerhalb 15 min mit dem Bus erreichbar. Bushaltestelle (Buslinien 31, 32, 61, 100) ist 2 min zu Fuß, das Stadtzentrum ist in 10 mins mit dem Bus / 20 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Leute~
Safaa (23) kommt aus Morocco, sie beschäftigt sich mit ihrem Masterstudium auf Englisch und Arbeit, ist super friendly!
Hercules (28) stammt aus Griechenland, arbeitet in einer pharmaceutical Firma und schreibt seine Masterarbeit, deswegen sieht man ihn gerade nicht so oft.
