Da ich von September bis Januar ins Praktikum gehen werde, suche ich eine Untermieterin für 4 Monate für mein schönes Zimmer in der Innenstadt! Das Zimmer hat 13 m2, ist möbliert und hat gemütliche Holzdielen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im gemütlichen Dachgeschoss und besitzt neben dem alten Dielenboden und urigen Türen, ein modernes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 80 m2. Neben der Küche gibt es einen großen Flur, der als Aufenthaltsort dient.

The room has 13 m2, is furnished and has cozy wooden floorboards. The apartment is located in the city center and has, in addition to the old floorboards and quaint doors, a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower. In total, the apartment has 80 m2.
Die Lage ist die Beste in ganz Göttingen! Wir wohnen in der Roten Straße, im historischen Börner Viertel, direkt in der Fußgängerzone über einem Schallplattenladen. Da es eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist, ist es dennoch ziemlich ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle Jüdenstraße ist ca. 30 Sekunden zu Fuß entfernt, genauso wie das Gänseliesel! Die Uni zu Fuß in 10 Minuten oder mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. :)
The location is the best in all of Göttingen! We live in Rote Straße, in the historic Börner Viertel, above a vinyl store. There are a lot of beautiful shops around and we live directly next to the bar "dots". Since it's an attic apartment, it's still pretty quiet. The Jüdenstraße bus stop is about a 30 second walk away, as is the Gänseliesel! The university is a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride away. :)
Für die Zeit würdest du mit Lotti und Ella zusammenwohnen. Ich könnte mir keine angenehmeren Mitbewohnerinnen vorstellen! Lotti studiert Sport und Englisch und Ella BWL. Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt - alles kann, nix muss. Wir quatschen gerne in der Küche, gehen ab und an ins Uni-Kino oder trinken auch mal nen Vino. Wir suchen eine aufgeschlossene Person, die Spaß am Leben hat, ohne jeden Abend die Butze einzureissen. :)
You would live together with Lotti and Ella. I couldn't imagine more pleasant roommates! Lotti is studying sports and English, and Ella is studying business. Living together is very relaxed. We like to chat in the kitchen, go to the university cinema from time to time or drink a glas of wine. We are looking for an open-minded person who enjoys life. :)
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.09. frei bis zum 01.01. Eventuell besteht die Möglichkeit, bis zum 01.02. oder 01.03. wohnen zu bleiben, das kann ich aber erst im September selbst sagen. :)
