Schönes Zimmer in sonniger WG mit Garten

Hallo!

Wir sind für ein halbes Jahr nur zu dritt, weil unsere Mitbewohnerin fort ist und suchen daher eine vierte Person für diese Zeit für ein 12 m²-Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert und wir wohnen selbst erst seit Oktober zusammen.

Wir drei sind alle um die 30 und berufstätig (Kinderärztin, Doktorandin in der Kulturanthropologie und Lehrer). Wir suchen Leute, die so etwa unser Alter haben, möglichst WG-erfahren und offen für Gemeinschaft sind und die Lust haben, den WG-Alltag mit uns zu teilen oder auch mal auswärts im T-Keller oder im Kabale ein Bierchen zu zischen. Zum WG-Alltag gehört für uns zum Beispiel auch gemeinsames Einkaufen. Welche Zeitungsabos und was wie gegärtnert wird – das Zusammenleben will gestaltet werden.

Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, war einst ein Fachwerkshaus, was man ihm aber nach den (über)gründlichen Sanierungsarbeiten nicht mehr ansieht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine WG geschnitten, denn die Zimmer reihen sich um eine große Wohnzimmer-Esszimmer-Küchen-Diele, wo wir abhängen. Das Highlight ist sicherlich der große Südbalkon mit Treppe in den Garten, der nur darauf wartet, im Frühlich von uns bechillt und mit Tomaten und Zucchini und so Dingen bestückt zu werden.

Zu vermieten ist ein schönes, schnuckliges 12 m² Zimmer mit Fenster nach Westen. Die Miete liegt bei 305 €. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Wenn Bedarf besteht, kann es so genutzt werden oder auch nicht.

Hello! Our roomate is leaving for half a year, so now we are three housemates looking for a fourth person to take over her 12 m² room. The apartment is newly renovated and we have lived together only since October. We are all about 30 and working (pediatrician, a doctoral student in cultural anthropology and teacher). We are looking for a person who is about our age, one who possibly has had experience living in a WG and who might be open to community and who might go for a beer with us at T-Keller or Kabale. For example, we shop in common, and decide what newspaper to subscribe to, or what to plant in the garden - that is to say that we discuss how we want to live together.
The house where the apartment is located, was once a half-timbered house, but might not be able to tell after the recent renovation renovation work. The apartment is perfect for a WG, because the rooms are set around a large living room-dining room-kitchen-hall, where we hang out. The highlight is undoubtedly the spacious balcony with stairs to the garden. All we have to do is wait for spring for us to relax in the garden, fire up the grill and to plant some tomatoes or zucchini. The room is beautiful and cozy (12 m²) with windows to the west. The rent is 305 €. The room is furnished at the moment, but if you prefer you can take it without furniture (the price is the same).
