Unser ca. 20m2 großes, helles Zimmer mit Teppichboden sucht zum 01.11.2015 einen neuen Bewohner.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 110m2 und besitzt neben einem Badezimmern nochmal zusätzlich eine separate Toilette. Wir haben eine gemütliche Wohnküche und eine Waschmaschine natürlich auch!
Die Abschlagszahlung ist für den nagel neuen Laminatboden den wir erst vor 2 Monaten in der Küche und dem Flur (vorher Teppich) verlegt haben.
Hey Hey and Hello to our potential future flatmates :),
our ca. 20m2 big room with carpeted floor is looking for a new resident.
Our flat is about 110m2 big. Additionally to a bathroom we have an extra toilet. We have a cozy eat-in kitchen and of course also a washing machine.
The 30€ I'm asking for are for the shiny new laminate floor we just put in the kitchen and the corridor 2 months ago (former carpet).
Die Lage ist super. Wir wohnen direkt in der Innenstadt. Den Bahnhof und die Uni erreicht man in 5 Minuten mit dem Rad und ein Rewe ist genau bei uns gegenüber. Und falls man mal zu faul sein sollte über die Straße zu gehen kann man sich bei unseren Nachbarn mit leckerstem Sushi versorgen ;). Für die Fußlahmen liegt eine Bushaltstelle (Haltestelle Groner Straße) auch direkt vor der Haustür.
Location
It's perfect! We live right in the inner city of Göttingen. You can reach the train station and university in 5min (by bike). We have a Rewe (supermarket) right across the street and in case you are too lazy for that our neighbors make delicious sushi. In case you don't want to walk we also have a bus station right in front of our front door.
WG-Leben
Wir sind eine 4er WG in der zur Zeit drei Mädels (Alina, Sarah, Chrissi) und ein Junge (Alex) wohnen.
Ich (Chrissi) ziehe leider aus und so suchen wir ein nettes Mädel oder einen netten Jungen um die WG wieder zu vervollständigen.
Wir sind alle locker und offen und nutzen unsere Freizeit gerne für Reisen und Sport. Wenn es sich ergibt sitzen wir zusammen in der Küche ob zum Frühstück oder Abendessen und gehn auch gerne mal ein Bier zusammen trinken, das heißt wer nach einer Zweck WG sucht ist bei uns an der falschen Adresse aber wir haben natürlich auch alle unsere eigenes Leben.
Ein normales Maß an Ordnung und Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, doch das regelt sich meist durch unseren Putzplan von allein :).

WG-Live
We have 4 flatmates, 3 girls (Alina, Sarah, Chrissi) and one guy (Alex).
Chrissi, sadly, has to move out so we're looking for a nice girl or guy to complete the WG again. We are a relaxed uncomplicated lot and are looking for someone similar (no drama please). We all like to travel and do sports. Whenever possible we meet in the kitchen for breakfast or dinner or have/go out for a beer together meaning our new flat mate should be a social person but we all, of course, have our private lives as well.
One last thing, if you'd like to live with us you should bring a normal amount of tidiness. We have a weekly cleaning plan for the flat and you should respect your responsibilities.

Da wir alle noch noch dank der Semesterferien mal hier und mal dort sind haben wir zunächst die folgenden Tage zum kennen lernen vorgesehen:
