Helles Zimmer in netter 3erWG in der Langen-Geismar-Str.

Die Wohnung liegt am Ende der Fußgängerzone, ca. einen Kilometer vom Bahnhof entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5min auf dem Hauptcampus und Wochenmarkt, REWE, Alnatura und Kaufland sind direkt um die Ecke und auch sonst alles, was man so braucht. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The flat is located at the end of the pedestrian area about one kilometer from the station. Within five minutes by bike you can reach the main university campus. Some supermarkets, the farmers market and many shops are just in front of the door. It is just a one minute walk to the nearest bus stop

Wir (Ann-Charline, 27 und Michel, 26) wohnen seit 2 Jahren zusammen in der WG. Ann-Charline promoviert seit April (Development Economics) und Michel seit September (Astrophysik).

Unser Zusammenleben ist freundschaftlich und unkompliziert. Wir sitzen gerne mal abends zusammen, trinken ein Bierchen, quatschen, kochen was oder kniffeln ne Runde. Ab und an gehen wir auch zusammen aus oder unternehmen was. Wir haben gerne Besuch und Freunde sind jederzeit willkommen, aber natürlich nehmen wir auch Rücksicht wenn jemand ein bisschen Ruhe braucht.

Auch wenn wir jetzt arbeiten, ist unser Schlafrythmus noch ein wenig studentisch. Wir sind beide nicht unbedingt Frühaufsteher. Vermutlich passt es am besten, wenn es dir auch so geht, da die Wohnung recht hellhörig ist.
Wir haben einen gut funktionierenden Putzplan und es ist uns wichtig, dass die Wohnung sauber ist. Aber wenn es mal stressiger wird, ist es auch okay, falls mal was liegen bleibt.

We (Ann-Charline, 27 and Michel, 26) have been living together in this flat for two years now. Ann-Charline started her PhD in development economics in April and Michel began his PhD in astrophysics this September.

We live toghether as friends, in a relaxed atmosphere. Some evenings, we like to sit together over a beer, having a talk, cooking together or enjoying a game of Kniffel. From time to time we also go out or do little trips together. Visitors and friends are always welcome, but we also respect when somebody needs some calm.

Even though we are both working now, our sleeping-cycle is still more like that of a student. We are not the early birds and it would probably be for the best if you aren't either, since noise tends to travel rather far in the flat.
We have a cleaning rotation and it is important to us that the flat is neat. But in stressful times, it is also alright if something isn't cleaned up right away.

Wir suchen einen netten Menschen, der gut mit uns harmoniert und Lust hat mit uns zu wohnen! Wenn du dich von der Anzeige angesprochen fühlst und denkst, dass du zu uns passt, dann schreib uns eine Nachricht.

Am Wochenende werden wir uns die Zeit nehmen eure Nachrichten zu lesen und zu beantworten und melden uns dann spätestens am Sonntag.
Den 03.10. haben wir uns für eure Besuche freigehalten, andere Termine sind für uns zeitlich leider nicht möglich!
