Please notice: This room will be rented furnished (thus intermediate rent) for the first 3 months and then changed into permanent rent after I have moved my stuff by January 2017.
The room is about 17 m2 and completely furnished (table, bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, armchair). However, we have a spacious basement where we could store some of it during your stay. The furniture can be seen on the two pictures attached.
The flat has a cozy and fully equipped kitchen where we often hang out, since there is no living room. But right now in late summer/fall we use our enourmous balcony and the beautiful garden as well (see pictures).
Perfectly located in the marvellous Ost-Viertel:
* 2-3 minutes walking to the next bus station (Bühlstraße or Nikolausberger Weg),
* each 5-10 minutes walking to campus and downtown (by bike max. 5!), and
* the next supermarket is again only 3 minutes walking distance.
The WG consists of Tillmann, Laura, and me. We share a very friendly WG-life, sometimes cooking or having drinks together, but you could still consider it rather a quiet living together.
In case you´re interested to live in our appartment, please write me an email (english or german, as you prefer) with some short personal description.
You´re for sure free and invited to take a look at the room this upcoming weekend (or even before) between October 1st and 3rd.
PS: It is more than likely that you can move in permanently after I have picked up my stuff in January.
