Dein zukünftiges Doppelzimmer hat 19q m mit einem weiteren 11qm großen dran.
Beide Zimmer sind sehr hell und das das große Zimmer hat einen schönen Parkettboden.
Hi there, we are searching a new flatmate from 27 years on.
There are two connected rooms, one got about 19sqm and the other additionally 11sqm.
Düstere-Eichen-Weg, nahe dem Edeka, 1 min. Fussweg zu Sparkasse, Apotheke, Supermarkt, Blumen Geschäft, Zahnarzt. Fussweg zum Gänseliesel ca. 10 min. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man sich in unter 5 min. dort runterrollen lassen.
Wir sind weder Zweck-WG, noch hängen wir ständig aufeinander rum und haben immer alle Türen offen. Privatsphäre ist uns ebenso wichtig wie zusammen z.B. Fussball gucken, ein WG Spargelessen oder mal auf den Weihnachtsmarkt gehen.
Die Miete beinhaltet bereits Internet und wir haben ein Biomilch-Abo. Wobei das mit der Milch kein Muss ist...das mit dem Internet schon.
We are 4 in the flat, 2 boys and two girls and we are searching for an additional flatmates.
We don't live anonymous in the flat but we also keep our doors shut if we want to have some privacy. So occacionally we do stuff together but no one is forced to join.
The rent includes the costs for internet.
Wir sind eine 5-er Altbau-WG im Düsteren-Eichen-Weg und suchen jemand (m/w/d), der/die mit uns wohnen möchte.
Wir, das sind 2 Mädels (Jana und Katrin) und ein Kerl (Jürgen). Und neuerdings auch ein Patrick.
Das Zimmer ist ab 01.05.2023 frei.
Hunde und Katzen wären eher nicht so optimal. Burschenschaftler müssen es auch nicht unbedingt sein.
