Das Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß und bietet Platz für alles was man braucht, es hat einen Fernsehanschluss 3 Fenster und ist wirklich gemütlich. Es ist komplett leer du musst also keine Möbel übernehmen. Es gibt eine Waschmachine im Bad. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet bietet aber auch Platz für deine Sachen.
Die Wohnung liegt wirklich perfekt. Ein Rewe ist 2 Minuten zu fuss weg. Direkt in der Innenstadt über einer super leckeren Pizzeria (fellini) liegt die Wohnung. Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Bars Restaurants und der Wall. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 1 min entfernt, zum Bahnhof sind es 5min zu Fuß und zur Uni auch. Eine wirklich tolle Lage!
Meine MItbewohnerin ist fertig mit dem Studium und somit wird ihr Zimmer frei.
Ich studiere VWL im Master und bin immer für ein Bier oder gemeinsames Kochen oder sonstige Aktivitäten zu haben.
Es gibt auch noch ein kleines Wohnzimmer wo ein Sofa drin steht oder auch die Wäsche aufgehangen werden kann oder Freunde übernachten können.
