It is a 13 Sq. meter room. Out of all the rooms in the apartment, it receives the most sunlight through 2 large window and a private balcony rather this is the only room in the dorm which has a private balcony. The room is fully furnished and is already equipped with shelves, cabinets, study table and bed.
The dorm has a separate room for washing machine, wherein you can book your time and use it for free. The kitchen is fully furnished as well, you will get a cabinet to store your stuff in the kitchen in addition to a shelf in the fridge and a shared compartment in the freezer. You will be able to find all utensils in the kitchen, unless you have any special need you will not be required to buy any utensil.
There are 4 bathrooms in the dorm, the cleaning lady comes twice a week and clean them, however, all dorm mates ensure that proper cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen n bathrooms. We have a cleaning plan in place and each person is given a specific task.
The room can only be leased to international students enrolled at the University of Goettingen.
The rent includes Wi-Fi and electricity :)
The best thing about the dorm is its location, you have a distinguished access to the heart of the city. You can reach University in 5 minutes, so you have those additional 10-15 min to have your breakfast in the morning when you are running late. Supermarket Rewe and Tegut are at 2 minutes walking distance, Rewe is also open on the Sunday until noon that's the luxury you will have. Bus stop is 1 min. walk, you will really need to be lazy to miss the bus and last but not the least you will find all bakeries, coffee shop, pubs or ice cream shops just around the corner, so you can spoil yourself :)
The dorm has huge kitchen which has a couch in it, so you can spend time there or in the garden wherein you can smoke, drink, sit and talk.
