WG in Top Lage mit Hund sucht neue_n Mitbewohner_in

Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage. Wir brauchen bis zum Kiessee zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten und bis in die Innenstadt nur ca. 7 Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle mit der Linie 21/23 (Z-Campus, Klinikum, Nordcampus) ist die Straße runter in ungefähr 4 Minuten Entfernung. Mit dem Fahrrad brauchen wir ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Zentralcampus. Auch der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß bequem zu erreichen, wir brauchen ca. 10-15 Minuten dafür.
Direkt um die Ecke sind ein Nahkauf (der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat), ein Bäcker und ein Kiosk. Der Aldi ist ebenfalls nur 300m entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt außerhalb des Walls, wodurch es angenehm ruhig ist und man schöne ausgedehnte Spaziergänge (mit Ilkas Hund) machen kann.

The apartment is in the perfect location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Kiessee and only about 7 minutes to the city center. A bus stop with line 21/23 (Z-Campus, Klinikum, Nordcampus) is down the street in about 4 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes by bike to get to the central campus. The train station is also within easy walking distance, it takes about 10-15 minutes.
A Nahkauf (which is also open on Sundays), a bakery and a kiosk are just around the corner. The Aldi is also only 300m away.
The apartment is located directly outside the wall, which means that it is pleasantly quiet and you can take lovely long walks (with Ilka's dog).

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Ilka(24) und Leah(22).
Ilka studiert Deutsch und Geschichte auf Lehramt und ist jetzt im 5. Semester. Sie ist gerne unterwegs und in der Lernphase ist das KWZ ihr zweites Zuhause. Wenn keine Uni ansteht (oder sie mal links liegen gelassen wird) ist Ilka am malen, Klavier spielen,am skaten, mit Freunden unterwegs oder mit dem Hund draußen. Zusätzlich bietet sie einmal die Woche Kunstunterricht für Menschen mit Fluchterfahrung an. Sie ist eine sehr entspannte Person, die eigentliche immer für alles zu haben ist.
Leah studiert Ethnologie und Politikwissenschaft, ebenfalls im 5. Semester. Neben dem Studium engagiert sie sich bei Amnesty International und macht eine Fortbildung zur Multiplikatorin für Globales Lernen. Ansonsten geht sie gerne schwimmen oder trifft sich mit Freunden zum Yoga machen im Park. Leah ist eine sehr offene und spontane Person, die auch gerne mal was trinken geht.
Zusammen toben sich Ilka und Leah gerne an der Wohnung aus, räumen um und dekorieren neu. Ab und zu werden gesellige Abende in der WG von lieblicher (was unsere Nachbarn nicht behaupten würden) Karaoke-Musik unterlegt. Wenn nicht Zuhause angestoßen wird dann gerne mal in einer Bar.
Die vierte Bewohner_in der Wohnung ist übrigens Molly (4), sie eine Hündin aus Rumänien. Sie ist total ruhig und entspannt, aber auch etwas verspielt und sagt niemals nein zu Streicheleinheiten.
Auch weiterhin würden wir gerne mit der WG das ein oder anderen unternehmen, aber jeder hat auch seine Ruhe, wenn er sie braucht. Ilka und Leah planen übrigens beide noch eine Weile in Göttingen zu bleiben, die WG wäre also durchaus längerfristig.


Your future roommates are Ilka (24) and Leah (22).
Ilka is studying German and history to become a teacher and is now in her 5th semester. She likes to be out and in the learning phase the KWZ is her second home. When there is no university coming up (or left aside) Ilka is painting, playing the piano, out with friends or outside with the dog. In addition, she offers art classes once a week for people with a refugee background. She is a very relaxed person who is also always up for anything.
Leah is studying ethnology and political science, as well in the 5th semester. In addition to her studies, she supports Amnesty International and is training to become a multiplier for global learning. Otherwise, she likes to go swimming or meet friends for yoga in the park. Leah is a very open and spontaneous person who also likes to go out.
Together, Ilka and Leah love to let off steam in their apartment, rearrange and decorate. Every now and then, a sit in in the apartment is accompanied by lovely (which our neighbors would not say) karaoke music. If we don't have a drink at home, we like to go to a bar.
The fourth roommate is Molly (4), she is a dog from Romania. She is calm and relaxed, but also pretty playful and never says no to a cuddle session.
We would like to continue to do the one or other thing with the flat share, but everyone also has their peace and quiet when they need it. By the way, Ilka and Leah are both planning to stay in Göttingen for a while, so the shared apartment could be quite long-term.

Etwas Ausdauer ist bei unserer Wohnung schon gefragt, denn wir wohnen im 4.OG, das hat jedoch zum Vorteil, dass über uns nur noch der Dachboden ist, den wir als Stauraum nutzen können.
Außerdem gibt es einen Sofaecke, draußen im Hinterhof, die wir für uns und unsere Nachbarn zum grillen und chillen eingerichtet haben.

A little endurance is needed in our apartment, because we live on the 4th floor, but this has the advantage that only the attic is above us, which we can use as storage space.
There is also a sofa corner outside in the backyard, which we have set up for us and our neighbors to grill and chill.
