Wir vermieten 2 Zimmer unserer 3er-WG für den Monat Mai, da mein Mitbewohner und ich für diese Zeit einem Praktikum/ Auslandstätigkeiten nachgehen. Wir vermieten die Zimmer auch einzeln, da allerdings das eine Zimmer (eigentlich Wohnzimmer) ein Durchgangszimmer zum anderen ist, wäre es womöglich besser für 2 enge Freunde oder ein Paar. Die Miete für beide Zimmer beträgt 940€ (warm, inklusive WLAN), d.h. 470€ pro Zimmer. Auch die Kaution gilt für beide Zimmer zusammen, d.h. 250€ pro Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind beide sehr groß, lichtdurchflutet und voll-möbliert. Das Durchgangszimmer hat Zugang zum sehr gemütlichen, überdachten Balkon hin zum Stadtwall. Zimmer 1 (bisher Schlafzimmer) ist ungefähr 20qm und Zimmer 2 (bisher Wohnzimmer) etwa 24qm. Da wir eigentlich nur zwei Betten brauchen, können wir ein 2x1,40m Bett und ein großes Schlafsofa (auch ungefähr 2x1,40m) anbieten, falls zwei Personen getrennt schlafen wollen. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem und gut geeignet als Bett-Ersatz. Die Zimmer sind zum Gemeinschaftsgarten und dem Stadtwall gerichtet, d.h. man hat eine schöne, idyllische Aussicht. Beide Zimmer haben Kabelanschluss.

We are renting out 2 rooms of our 3-person shared apartment for the month of May, since my roommate and I are doing an internship/working abroad for this time. We also rent out the rooms separately, but since one room (normally living room) is a pass-through room to the other, it would possibly be better for 2 close friends or a couple. The rent is 940€ for both rooms (warm, WLAN included), which means 470€ per room. Also the deposit is for both rooms together, i.e. 250€ per room. The rooms are both very large, light-flooded and fully-furnished. The pass-through room has access to the very cozy, roofed balcony facing the Göttinger Stadtwall. Room 1 (previously bedroom) is about 20sqm and room 2 (previously living room) about 24sqm. Since we normally only need two beds, we can offer a 2x1.40m bed and a large sofa bed (also 2x1.40m approx.) in case two people want to sleep separately. The sofa is very comfortable and well suited as a bed substitute. The rooms face the communal garden and the Stadtwall, which means you have a nice, idyllic view. Both rooms have cable connection.

Die Lage könnte für Studenten kaum besser sein. Am Rand der Innenstadt, angrenzend an den Stadtwall, ist man super zentral gelegen und hat trotzdem Grünfläche auf der einen Seite. Zur Uni läuft man etwa 10 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten auf dem Campus. Sehr nahe zur Wohnung liegt das Carré, in welchem ein Supermarkt, dm, Saturn, ein Fitnesstudio und weitere Einkaufsläden sind. In wenigen Minuten kann man alle möglichen Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants, Apotheken, Kiosks etc. finden. Da wir im Hinterhaus wohnen, haben wir eine schöne Atmosphäre zum Garten hin. Der Bahnhof ist direkt gegenüber und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The location could hardly be better for students. On the edge of the city center, adjacent to the Stadtwall, you are super centrally located and still have green space on one side. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the university and 5 minutes by bike to the campus. Very close to the apartment is the Carré, in which are a supermarket, dm, Saturn, a fitness studio and other stores. In a few minutes you can find all kinds of stores, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, kiosks etc. Since we live in the back house, we have a nice atmosphere facing the garden. The train station is right across the street and a 5 minute walk away.

Unsere WG besteht normalerweise aus 3 Studenten, für die angebotene Zeit wird aber nur einer von uns in der Wohnung leben. Philipp (28) studiert im Master Unternehmensführung und wird für die Zeit im kleineren, separaten Zimmer der Wohnung neben der Küche wohnen. Er ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und offen für Gespräche und Aktivitäten. Philipp spricht Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch und lernt auch gerne neue Kulturen kennen. Wir halten unsere WG gerne sauber, mit einer wöchentlichen Putz-Aufgabe für jeden. Außerdem legen wir natürlich Wert darauf, dass man rücksichtsvoll mit einander und unseren Möbeln und Ausstattung umgeht.

Our WG normally consists of 3 students, but for the time offered only one of us will live in the apartment. Philipp (28) is studying business management in his master's degree and will live in the smaller, separate room of the apartment next to the kitchen for the time. He is super friendly, helpful and open to conversation and activities. Philipp speaks German, English and Spanish and also enjoys learning about new cultures. We like to keep our shared apartment clean, with a weekly cleaning task for everyone. Also, of course, we make it a point to be considerate of each other and our furniture and equipment.

Generell lässt sich sagen, dass wir wirklich zwei sehr schöne Zimmer anbieten in einer WG die mit einer sehr großen, gemütlichen Küche und einem großen Bad mit Badewanne ausgestattet ist. Küchenutensilien können mitbenutzt werden. Zudem haben wir den Luxus eines Balkons und eines Gemeinschaftsgartens. In general it can be said that we really offer two very nice rooms in a shared apartment which is equipped with a very large, cozy kitchen and a large bathroom with bathtub.
